Room was very clean, bed comfortable, and I liked the view out the open window, with shutters that opened. The location was easy to get to any spots in Geneva, and the hotel includes a free pass for all public transportation. That was a welcome surprise.

The space is very small and only basics are provided. Only one fork, no microwave, but there really wasn't room for one. Room needed more light. Bathroom did not have space for putting toiletries.

Beautiful room in a lovely, old worldly building. A stylish oasis in a bustling area. The room was really large, with everything you would need. A heater, fan, iron, Nespresso machine. Fully equipped kitchen with an oven even. You really don't want to be using that when you're on holiday though... Great location - not far from city area, and with trams right outside the door. The sound/ light proofing is really good. I was on the second floor. Two flights of stairs. Not a problem, with light luggage. All my dealings with the staff were superb. Very helpful, kind and knowledgeable.

I was confused as to how to use the key. A user error perhaps. When I opened windows, you could often smell cigarette smoke below. I guess we can't stop people from smoking though...

The customer service was excellent! We booked a small studio for 2 and asked to add a bed for our 5 year old daughter., So they put an extra bed without an extra fee! Thank you for it!! The location of the property is very convenient. It is close to the Old town and to the public transport. One more surprise for us from the hotel was free tickets for all public transport for our stay. Thank you ❤️

The location is fabulous, with lots of nice cafes nearby and an easy walk from the centre. The room, though not fancy, was lovely and cosy and had a great feel about it.

Reception opening hours need extending. That said, they were always available on the phone and very helpful.

The staff was super! It was a great home away from home and very child friendly. The inner courtyard was a peaceful place for our daughter to play. The small kitchen was helpful since we couldn't afford to eat out for every meal.

Character rooms in an old block. Very friendly and helpful staff. They were so apologetic when they gave me the keys to the wrong room that they brought a very nice bottle of wine! Great to have a coffee machine and kitchen facilities in the room. Nice hot shower. Convenient location by Augustins Tram stop

There is no lift (which is stated very clearly in the information about the hotel). You will have to carry you luggage up several flights of stairs so just be ready for that. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper because there may be some noise from the bar below on some nights, or from other rooms, but it is not a real problem. Remember this is an Apart hotel not one with daily room service.

Great location and very clean and safe. On major tram line to train station and great cafes a restaurants. Cute little kitchen and lovely view from window.

I stayed here twice for two work trips and I would happily stay here again! The owners are friendly and helpful and it's great value, especially for Geneva!

It was right off the Downtown Strip, not the waterfront strip.

Key drop off box was in the other side of the router and I didn't set it. 3 flights of stairs... but it's all good. 😉

Very good for its money. Has all needed on a kitchen. Personal is very nice. The location is great.
