This hotel is a Pleasant surprise because it has old world charm and rather secluded behind greenery which separates it from the traffic outside. Excellent staff which gave good attention, the breakfast has a home-made touch. It is round the corner from the Harley Davidson dealership, which was a pleasant surprise !! The room was spacious and clean

wifi was a bit slow and location is not optimal, however the excellent Geneva public transport was 150m within reach

Room is very big with big bathroom and comfortable shower. You have coffee machine and kettle inside. You can check in and check out online and I received free transport card for time of my stay.

Location is not great as it is on the busy street and entrance to hotel is weird as you need to go via restaurant. Once you enter your room, then it is great except loud music in the restaurant till late evening which was annoying. Reception is closed between 12-13 as they are on break.

- I really appreciated the upgrade proposed (from Junior suite to Apart) by the hotel. The apartment was very nice and it was very comfortable. - Far from the center of the city, but it's strategic if you want to be close to the sporting centers.

- For my needs the breakfast was enough, but maybe it's a point/service to improve (for example on the sunday morning there weren't any croissants). - Parking should be free without any charge in my opinion.

Interesting looking and comfortable hotel. very good breakfast. big room with a lovely balcony. transport is convenient with bus D stop 2-3 minutes from the hotel which takes you into town in 10 minutes. Check in was easy. We arrived in weekend, no staff around, make sure you get the entry code from the hotel.

Hotel location a bit odd. Nothing much around and can't really walk to anywhere. If arriving in the evening on weekend/holiday, make sure you have brought food with you, as there is nothing you can buy near the hotel and there seem to be no restaurants nearby either. Hotel kitchen not open on weekends for supper.

I had travelled geneva for twice, and had stay for more than a month in total, as far as I can conclude for all my stayed hotels, this one is excellent. The stuffs are very kind, each request could be met with higher service quality, the breakfast is good and the dinner is excellent. you shouldn't miss this hotel.

I stayed in room Marguerite, which is nice and spacious. Room has air conditioning, which is not common in Geneva for this price range. Nice staff and good breakfast.

Arriving on a Sunday you should carefully read the instructions provided to get to your room, as nobody is on site. In the end, it works, just a small inconvenience.

I was travelling with my partner and nephew. They provided us with a lovely large room with a double bed and a single bed for my nephew. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The aircon was working. Solid place.

It was a bit complicated to find the entrance and the room. There is no reception at weekends, so we were sent a code. However, we first had to find the box with the cards (located on the right side of the building, so you had to walk around to find it. Once you entered, it was a bit maze like until we found our room. Still a charming place though.

Breakfast was relaxing and most enjoyable, a very nice selection and lovely staff. Coffee was superb and quirky restaurant was adorable with beautiful internal and external decorations.

The information regarding check-in arrived after we had departed Scotland, so we were unaware of the process and it was anuncomfortable arrival.

The room was clean throughout with a proper shower (good pressure) and everything you'd need. I did not expect anything super special and so I wasn't disappointed. If at all I was positively surprised that everything was rather "new". The breakfast lady was attentative and amazing.

Despite everything being new it was rather basic. So don't expect a top notch bed or pillows. It is exactly what you pay for.
