It's the most cheaper hotel in Geneva with single room at my date of arrival. The room is ok to sleep and take shower before another trip. No more

Administration didn't give my free tickets to use public transport. Only in the morning another staff after my question about how could I get to the center of the city give me free tickets.

staff were very nice and helpful. rooms were clean as was the lobby and breakfast area. fooseball and table tennis in common area was a nice surprise. breakfast was excellent! they even had soy milk and almond milk options for me - plenty of dairy free options. each day I soft boiled eggs and had a sandwich with meats, and a banana. they even had gluten free options, which I’ll tell my friends about! :) we would stay here again. they also loaned us a fan! windows opened also.

the shower is in the same space as the beds, which was a tad odd, but we worked it out. it would be nice to have a screen or something for privacy. For the price, though, we can live with it.

The hotel is comfortable enough for a few days. The staff is nice and they did fulfil my special request (birthday card), which was really nice. The breakfast is alright but I wouldn't recommend it for more than three days in row as it is the same everyday and there are not many options. The Wi-Fi was working pretty well.

The rooms are super small, the shower is basically part of the room and the toilet is also tiny. You have to ask at the reception to give you a window handle if you want to open it (and in those small rooms you WILL want to open it), which I don't really understand. Our cards stopped working in the elevator every day and we had to ask for repair every day, that was really annoying.

The staff were very welcoming and polite. The place was immaculate, I can't stress how clean it was, really well done to the housekeeping staff it was impressive! The rooms were pleasant and had enough amenities for travellers passing through the city or for short stays. That is exactly what it is designed for though. Having a lift was great. The location is great, 15 minutes tram ride to the center and the hotel also offered me a bus/tram ticket I could use during my stay which was great.

The only thing I could suggest is that it is maybe made a little more obvious that the room to the left of the front desk is a different hotel. I stumbled through into that room and helped myself to breakfast in the morning to find out that I was eating from a different hotel, they were very polite to me though and kindly let me have the food, I did offer to pay an extra 5CHF for it, and they informed me that there is another room for the Ibis Budget. It is mostly my fault for not paying attention, I just think possibly a small sign suggesting where you should eat could be helpful 🙂

The hotel was fantastic, there is an Ibis and an Ibis budget in opposite halves of the same building, and we upgraded our ticket to a room with more facilities on arrival. Parking may need to be reserved in advance as the spaces in the underground parking are often full. The stay comes with a Geneva travel card, and the hotel is right next to a tram that takes ten minutes into the centre and runs every 5 minutes or so.

Budget rooms come with air con controlled by the hotel. Parking is not cheap.

The staff were really wonderful and did a great job throughout my stay. The rooms are nice and comfortable and well connected to central Geneva in just 15 minutes with a tram that runs through the night.

There were too few plug sockets for charging devices, in particular it would be great to have one near the bed to charge phones which most people use as alarms these days. The breakfast buffet was fine but maybe a few extra options could have been nice because it was a little limited.

Room clean and neat. Breakfast is quite sumptuous and good range. Close to bus/tram stops and easy access to City Center/Airport/Train station Nearby supermarkets But please be aware Sunday's none of the shops open except for Restaurants

Room is small. Shower is quite small too and Toilet is like a new porto-loo !! Window is tight shut and there was not much of air circulation (Thanks for the window open key provided by Reception , otherwise we would have been 'toasted')

Geneva I thought would be expensive, but the hotel cost was very reasonable, with a bus stop outside the front door, either to go into the city or the airport. Buses were also frequent. The staff were very friendly, supplying good maps to explore the city. The room, while simple, was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

Two hotels are joined together, and we ended up going to the wrong breakfast restaurant, so directions on that from the reception would be helpful.

the staff were lovely, the hotel was clean and the tram into the centre was just across the road along with the bus to the airport! was a great location for a great cost.

only one plug socket in the entire room which was by the window and not by a mirror or the bed so was hard for us to all charge our devices or use any straighteners when getting ready. pillows were super thin and only one each making it a little uncomfortable but was still a good night sleep.

The price in comparison with other accommodations in Geneva is good. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. There is a bus stop next to the hotel for the airport. Sending free Geneva transport ticket before arriving at the hotel. The breakfast is not "continental" but definitely worth having it considering the good price.

The room's ventilation is poor since the windows are locked. Limited room facilities since it is a budget hotel, like no hairdryer.
