On a three-week trip to France, we only stayed in a hotel a few times. The rest were in apartments and B&Bs. So when we arrived, we were delighted to find all the amenities of a hotel with the hospitality of a B&B. We visited the area during a heatwave and yet the management had placed a portable air conditioner in our room before we arrived so that it remained really comfortable during our time there. The location is perfect, right above the main square, but it was never noisy and the beds were extremely comfortable so we slept really well there. Since the pandemic, I haven't been in a hotel that cleans your room every day, but on returning after our first night there, we found they'd made the beds, and refreshed the whole room, a very nice touch. I had hesitated about paying extra for the breakfast when normally, we could just grab something at a nearby boulangerie, but I'm so glad we opted to have breakfast as it was fantastic with a great variety of items and beverages. Overall, we loved our time here and would gladly return.

The gentleman at the reception couldn’t have been more helpful. He moved mountains to get us reservations at the local restaurants a week before Christmas. He was genuinely interested in making our stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel was right in the centre of the pretty village. Carol singing and church bells floating in through the window and an absolutely “Silent Night”.

This hostellerie is is right in the centre of Eguisheim, it's very comfortable and the breakfast is delicious, there are restaurants nearby and it is easy to walk around the little town (cobbled streets so you should wear sensible shoes!)

No parking on site but there are public car parks nearby; you will be advised when you arrive and you can park outside the hostellerie for a little while to leave your baggage etc.

Great location right on the town square. Large room with large bathroom. The hosts seems to have thought of everything with a stocked mini bar, towel warmer, extra pillows, and more.

Parking is at nearby lots and you have to walk to the hotel, but it is an easy walk in the small town. We did not partake in the breakfast as we were leaving early - it seemed a bit more expensive than some other properties on our trip but still reasonable.

Perfect location in the center of Eguisheim and beautiful view. Restaurants and terraces around the corner. We could see the stork nests from the window. Lovely town and hotel

Room was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. Good breakfast. Excellent coffee. Excellent morning croissants. Soft boiled eggs on request. Friendly service. Overall stay outstanding.

Nice variety of breakfast items similar to other hotels.

It was very humid with temps in the 80s. Had a small window unit which helped.

Beautiful suite in a quaint hotel in a stunning town. Lovely welcoming hosts. Great breakfast.

Bathroom was beautifully renovated but the shower is not user friendly.

Everything went exceedingly well. The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was very accommodating, and the location couldn’t have been better.

It would have been nice to have an elevator.
