Great location, pool great for kids (not swimming).

The beds were not made, so we had to put all of the linens on ourselves.

Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee mug, toaster and all the needed dishes and cutlery). Heated swimming pool, although small the kids will like it. Walking distance to old town center. Underground parking.

You have to pay extra if you want to have the beds made in advance (otherwise the sheets are in the dresser). They can charge you for not cleaning the kitchen. On booking.com it says in the title 2x twin beds, but in description it's clear that there are 2 single beds (so 1x twin beds) in the bedroom (and this is what you get). So 4 person apartment means one extensible sofa in the living room/kitchen and 2x single beds in the (very small) bedroom.

The apartment was certainly spacious and air conditioned. The location on the first floor was quiet and faced into an open green area. The balcony was again large and pleasant to relax and share a wine. The swimming pool was great to revive the tied legs. The walk to the old town was 10 minutes and easy to do

Cap parking costs were high but given the option it was well worthwhile to pay it as we went in and out a few times to the little wine villages on tha Alsace. First time in an accommodation I had to make my own bed which was rather novel! Surprised that TV did not have international English news channels , cost saving I was advised!

The hotel has a very good location - 10 min walking to the center. We have a very short stay but the residence provides quite good equipment for a week holiday for families with childrens. The internet conection was stable and with good speed. Available parcking was very helpful service.

It was disapointed that there was no information provided during the reservation process regarding the required deposit. In our case the deposit was almost double in comparison with the prepaid amount for our short stay.

The location is perfect, in a beautiful residential area just 5 min walk to little Venice and the oldtown. The rooms are ok, rather small but modern and good enough for the price. The sofa bed is very comfortable, nice shower and a little kitchen to prepare breakfast if you like. Good value for the price.

They have a parking garage (with a fee) but the ceiling is very low, take this into account if you are traveling with a roof box on your car. Fortunately, there are enough free places on the street, also with a fee but it's free from 19 to 9 am. The rooms could've been cleaner -a layer of dust covered most of the furniture. It is an apart-hotel, no room service, you have to set up your bed when you arrive -the sheets are not on-, you have to clean up and take the waste out.

Secure parking was great however we weren't given the code but it was sorted in the end Bed was comfortable, shower was good size. Kitchen was well equipped, good size fridge and a dishwasher

Room was not totally clean there was dust on the wall lights and under the bed We arranged with reception we would be late after 7pm and we were told reception was open until 8 we arrived at 7.45 but reception was closed and our key was left in safe near door, directions were fine however we were not left the code for the carpet. Staff on reception did not say much when we left

Everything was as expected, cheap and clean, staff was nice. You have to pay for extras obviously, so if you don't need the extras you don't pay for them. (breakfast, car parking). You have your own kitchen and all thinkable apparatus, easy to make your own food which is a lot cheaper than going into the town. (Long queues, tourist trap food, better to go to do your own groceries and make your own meals).

Parking is not free although I saw that advertised as such on Booking.com. 10 Eur + tax a day. but if I have to say 1 thing: How to find it. (Paid private) Parking is at the back (Rue Amirikanos I recall). Also due to road maintenance currently so some streets are not accessible via car. Maybe if they print a little map with directions it could be helpful. But it is just a small remark, no criticism.

The location is amazing and so are the surroundings. We had a large studio with a wonderful terrace. The studio is well equipped for a couple to serve the meals inside.

We had to clean all the kitchen area and facilities upon arrival. We bought toilet paper and garbage bags, we had to put the bad cloth and pillow cases as if nobody from the hotel staff had expected us.

The apartments are well located close to downtown. You got any infrastructure you need and staff is very friendly and helpful. Towels and bed linen are provided and you can enjoy a simple breakfast if you like.

The beds are a bit uncomfortable and the interior of the bedroom reminds a bit of a camping trailer (small, simple beds and furnishing. You need to take care by yourself of any supplies (including toilet paper).

Good value for money, good parking facilities you have a kitchenette so making meals is ok.

I hated that when I arrived tired of a 6 hrs drive the bed was not made and I had to do it. First I would have like to be advised on that at booking time, second I think they should provide an option for you to pay for that service. It's very frustrating to come after a long journey to do a bed.
