Location very good, short walk to the town, parking great and hotel provided a key access system to a gated entrance and main door. Wonderful old house with a quirky interior, nice lounge to relax in, bed very comfortable...breakfast was excellent with a quality selection of bread pastries, cold meats cheeses, yoghurt and a nice selection of extras e.g. nuts prunes, fruit, jams all appeared locally sourced.

We very much enjoyed our stay and for us relaxing in the lounge after an evening in town was great....but it would have been nice to have enjoyed a "night cap". It's probably difficult to arrange but possibly a small drinks cabinet relying on visitors honesty to sign out drinks would be very welcome.

This is a very pretty property when you first enter the gates. Our room and en-suite bathroom were large, quite and well furnished. The location is good a short walk 10mins to centre, restaurants and Avenue de Champagne. Secure parking is a bonus. Valerie was lovely and informative, good easy check in. The breakfast in the morning was very good. Fresh fruits, cereals, pastries, Jams, meats and breads along with a boiled egg on request. We would recommend this hotel for a stay Epernay.

Beautiful old building and our room was very pretty although on the small side. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly. Great location, steps away from the main Champagne houses.

Our bed slumped in the middle. Old mattress probably. Made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. It was quite pricey for the facilities. You are paying for location I suppose but it’s still too expensive, especially as breakfast is €18 each on top.

Not a complaint - but there was some confusion about notification of our late arrival. I had requested this as part of the initial booking, but apparently this was not confirmed with the host at the property and we were unable to respond to enquiries from her during the day as we were traveling. However, Marcella was very patient and obliging with us and the issue was resolved. Maybe this could be managed better?

A very pleasant stay. Our room was of a good size and well presented. The bathroom facilities worked well. The hotel is conveniently tucked away behind Moet & Chandon's chateau and cellars and is only 5 minutes from the town centre. Plentiful on site parking.

We were disappointed with Epernay itself as there were few good reasonably placed restaurants, Visitors deserve better and had we appreciated this in advance we would probably stayed in Reims.

The hotel is a very beautiful old mansion with lots of character. The rooms are well furnished and comfortable, the bathrooms are modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. We were within walking distance of Ave de Champagne and restaurants

Beautiful property, inside and out! Location was perfect, parking free and we had a very warm welcome. Rooms are furnished with comfortable beds, super clean and large fluffy towels in the fabulous bathroom. Breakfast was fresh, lots of choice and set us up perfectly for the day! And must mention the friendly hotel cat, Oliver! We booked two rooms…the Cosy room for our children and the Loft room for us…stunning views over the rooftops and rooms were opposite for convenience.

A lovely old building in a very good location within walking distance of the centre of Epernay and the champagne houses with free parking and security gate.

We had no curtains in our room so it was very light at sunrise. I realise it is our problem that we don't speak very much French but the lady on reception could only give us instructions on how to get in and out of the building in French so we had to guess some of it. Maybe a sheet in different languages would help?

There were no tea or coffee facilities in bedroom. nothing was offered but at 10 pm we dud find a small notice in drawing room saying drinks available on request- all chargeable. We paid €155 for bed only . Breakfast was an additional €18/head which we declined.

Whilst there wasn’t any air con, there was a big fan that kept the room cool even when it was 27° outside. Bed was a little bit hard for what we are used to.
