Everything It was an exquisite stay at this guest house. The grounds were beautiful and the swimming pool was the icing on the cake after a very long hot drive .A plus was secure parking but it was a little too far and hot to walk into town . The room was lovely coffee ,safe and usb connections in our room .Which had a fabulous view on to the terrace where we had our table and chairs. There was an outside area where we had a glorious dinner and breakfast made by Luce a most gracious host as was her husband Phillipe.

Lovely guest house, felt luxurious, loved the toiletries, very good breakfast. Staff were lovely and were very helpful. This is an old building, and so parts are newly modernised, but certain areas are old, like the creaky floorboards, doors don't close properly, but only a small complaint, still enjoyed the stay.

People thinking it is ok to hold team meetings on lap tops during breakfast, maybe this is something that could be addressed by the establishment, this was a holiday not an office!!

Breakfast was lovely. Christina and Emmanuelle are charming hostesses. Emmanuelle gave an impromtu breakfast champagne tasting and was very knowledgeable. The hotel is small , very pretty and the staff are wonderful. Private parking a big bonus and the location could not be beaten. Complimentary 1/2 bottle of champagne in the mini bar was a nice touch.

My only comment is I think at 365 euros per night at deep off season it is quite expensive given the lack of facilities.

The hotel, staff, central location and parking. We had a couple of small issues when we arrived and just before we left the lady in charge gave us a bottle of Champagne which we thought was a lovely gesture.

No staff at night, we had an issue at 3.30am in the morning.We had no desire to get up at that time to try and get through to a member of staff to sort it out as we had an 7 hour drive home that morning. No phone in our room either.

Beautiful boutique hotel situated right on the Avenue de Champagne in Epernay. The location is fantastic and our room (number 5) was stunning. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

The breakfast could be improved with better coffee facilities and some more food options - it doesn't quite match the quality of the hotel and overall stay.

Awesome location right on the Avenue De Champagne and a short 10 minute walk into town. Beautifully renovated hotel and gorgeous, big rooms. Lovely terrace to sit outside in the sun with a drink (although is also open to the public). The staff are lovely and very helpful.

The breakfast was a disappointment given the price of our stay - quite basic, cold continental options only, other than eggs but they were over cooked and there was nothing else to have with them - just eggs. I'm not sure if this is typical for France though. We stayed 3 nights and the 2nd day neither of us bother going to breakfast. My husband didn't go the 3rd day either and I just ate some cereal to fill a gap before we travelled home.

the property was excellently located, with access to the magnificent Rue de Champagne, the Maison was an outstanding building.

we loved the secure parking in the rear of the property, the large bedroom was very welcome after staying in smaller rooms in Paris. we loved boutique feel of the hotel, and the breakfast was outstanding

Amazing. A real boutique place, nothing to add. beautiful and tasteful decor, no better location in town. Perfect Evian and 1/2 bottle champagne in the fridge :). Smart staff, not often to come by!

It is a small place - so ask in advance for having champagne ready for you in the evening… we did not, missed the chance to enjoy the place even more!

A beautiful"villa" on the Rue de Champagne opposite the Moet Chandon house; staff were charming and very helpful; really does feel more like someones home than a hotel; lovely breakfast and the room was amazing, bigger than expected, beautifully furnished and very stylish with a bid bath and shower

There was a corporate event the evening we were there which was a little noisy but was over by about 11pm so not so bad

Stunning room with corridor separating the bedroom and bathroom. Beautifully decorated. Lovely welcoming staff and secure car parking. Lovely courtyard to sit out in.

We loved it all. Our only thought would be it might be nice to have some background music quietly playing in the courtyard to enjoy with post dinner nightcaps.
