Great bed! Good bathroom! Quiet! Dark when sleeping. Good location and very helpful reception. :)

Ventilation didn't work so I needed to open window to get fresh air. I had not asked for cleaning but was awaken from my sleep two mornings by cleaning staff. Please respect sleeping guests. VERY bright blue led light from TV was lighting up the whole room. I could not unplug the TV so in the end I covered the led with a plaster and some aluminum. Also, for your info. Right side lamp behind TV started blinking. Probably needs to be replaced. All in all. A comfortable stay.

Friendly welcome, everything clean and functional. Obliging for storing my bicycle . Pretty shaded terrace was pleasant for breakfast ( which was also varied , decent, good value ). Very comfortable bed, very simple and controllable a/c (clim). Larger than average tv . It really exceeded expectations for a “chain” hotel such that I might tentatively look in preference to Kyriad in future

The staff were lovely and went out of their way to be helpful. We had dinner in the little garden which was very pleasant on a hot day. The cold cuts/cheese was generous and good quality, the risotto ok. Liked the fact we could open the window wide. I am semi disabled and really found the shower room well fitted and equipped without being hospital like.

The room seemed small, just enough room to walk around the bed. Couldn't get the air con to work but were too tired to report it. Also the integrated charging point didn't work. Needs a ramp from reception to the ground floor rooms, only a short staircase. Not clear how a wheelchair user could get up there!

I've stayed here last year and came back so I guess everything was ok. It exactly what you would expect for a hotel, clean rooms, pleasant staff, nice breakfast.

Getting to the location, but I can't blame the hotel for the journey there, however, I would look to book a hotel on the outskirts and try and avoid the zillions of traffic lights if we visit Grenoble again

This hotel has obviously undergone extensive renovation, from what was presumably a fairly dated hotel. In the most part, they've succeeded, save for some cosmetic details. However, the place was spotlessly clean, the bed was beyond comfortable and the hotel's quiet, yet central location, made this hotel good value for money. Ideal for a one or a two night stay in Grenoble.

Friendly staff, I really appreciated the eco sustainability approach (soap, room cleaning, water jug) quite quick to reach from the center with the tram, nice to have coffee in the room and early breakfast for me was a plus (starting 6.30) very good pillows !!

the rooms are not perfectly insulated, carpet on the floor (both for allergy and hygiene)

we arrived a little early (due to the 36o heat) and they moved us rooms to get us in earlier so we could enjoy the Ac. staff were amazing?! really nice clean hotel and the secure parking was also a big plus as we drove here. Beds were comfy and the room was a good size.

The man on reception and was able to correct your mistake. This is the second time I have booked with you BOOKING.COM and specifically asked for twin beds. Your website is very poor. This man on reception went to extraordinary lengths to find us a twin. He was great, you are not.
