I didn't know the Okko franchise and felling in love. The lounges offer computer, printer, non-alcoholic drinks at will as well as some snacks. All this is included in the daily rate. When I needed a microwave to prepare food they were very kind to help me. the staff was amazing. good localization.

Although the hotel's architecture is interesting the rooms are small and poorly enjambed. To enter the bathroom you have to go through the shower to go to the sink or toilet. If you have already taken a shower, this becomes a problem because everything is wet. The shower fell didn't work.

I stayed in winter with my partner and my favourite things were: the hotel sauna, a 24-hr lounge with unlimited drinks (especially hot chocolate!!), small but nice gym, the bedroom design is cozy and has all the essentials

In the bathroom, it's strange that in order to get to the sink and toilet, you need to walk through the shower. That was quite inconvenient. As a couple, it meant that if one of us was in the shower, the other one couldn't brush their teeth by the sink.

We visited Grenoble due to a death in the family. The staff went above and beyond in their efforts to show sympathy, empathy and accommodate our every need. They even brought a bouquet of flowers to my room. The food was excellent, and they even offered to make a meal available to my son, delivered to his room, after the kitchen had closed. We enjoyed the coffee/tea/juice, snacks and appies available 24/7, free of charge, because we were jet lagged and grieving and awake at odd hours. I highly recommend this establishment. The only reason why I marked it down a little on value for money was because I made my reservation through Booking.com in Canada, and the rate I paid through them was significantly higher than the rate my brother paid, he booked from London direct with the hotel. So I recommend you book at the hotel direct for a far better rate.

The glass door between the shower and the washbasin/vanity leaked a bit of water, in 2 of our 3 rooms. So a bit of mopping up afterwards was required. Not a big deal because lovely fresh towels were made available every day. But a suggestion that those doors need sealing.

The sauna. The fresh fruit juices (when available). The view to the garden and mountains. The breakfast. The free aperitif in the evening. The free availability of soft drinks during the day.

When the fresh juices were not available or a non-fresh replacement was provided. The inefficiency of the two lifts as regards the number of guests. The absence of a refrigerator in the room. I was forced to pay for my stay upon arrival, but the reception refused to provide any receipt for the payment until the last day of my stay (they had some arguments, but I think it is normal (and legal) to provide a receipt of payment).

Good location. Nice staff. I appreciate the free filtered water dispensers. Bathroom layout is weird but functional. Club area was a nice place to relax.

The bed was a little firm for my taste (not rock hard or anything, I just prefer a little more give). Air Conditioning was a little inadequate, but not entirely out of line for Europe.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Location is very convenient - not in the hyper-centre but a few tram/bus stops away, with comparable connection to train station. Without luggage it is actually a walking distance. I liked the idea of a club instead of dining area. At first it seemed odd to me but it was really nice. Safe of a laptop size is always a plus for me.

Room was clean but requires already some renovation (walls, floor and bedhead). Further, it was quite small. Concept of a bathroom is ridiculous - you literally go through the shower to reach the toilette and sink. In practice, water is everywhere. Maybe it looked fancy for the architects but it does not work. And bathroom itself is also small. No kettle in the room, only coffee machine - but this is a minor issue due to unlimited access to hot drinks in the club.

Hotel located in the City center. Staff, cleaness of rooms, common spaces management are very good. I've found great to have an aperitivo in the lobby of the hotel and use as work area. Restaurant was inside the Lobby space (there are no many choice but quality is really good). Staff is avaiable 24/7

Is difficult to park near the hotel, and private parking area are quite expensive. You can ask to Hotel a discount but is still not cheap to park in the neighborhood.

The location is convenient but traveling by car to Grenoble is not something I would recommend. On foot or by tram the city is great. And the hotel is in walking distance from the best resturants.

There is no way to stop a car to drop of bags when you arrive except if you block half the street. Same when you leave. Grenoble is best on foot or by tram. The breakfast was a difficult experience. Understaffed and tables not cleaned or set. Half service and not worth the 17 euros a head.

We love the food and drinks provided free of charge in the Club Room.. fresh juice, cakes, nuts, fruit, coffee, hot chocolate etc. also when ordering alcohol u get free nibbles.. We love the huge club room.. my husband was able to work and talk freely on his business calls..
