It was a strange and rainy experience. A very gloomy city and a hotel where it is extremely difficult to park a car. After entering the hotel, it turns out that the car park is 500 m away and in the rain you have to come back from the underground car park which cooperates with the hotel, this is undoubtedly the place. What surprises is the extremely young, very energetic and extremely polite service which is rare in the world and possible only in France / the homeland of the hospitality/hotels industry. The hotel is modern and very interestingly done, you can see a design note with a passion to make something out of nothing.

What surprised me negatively / quite a small minus is the quality of the food in the restaurant. Forgive me but from a French hotel even in such a small town I would expect something more. The quality of the food was reminiscent of cheap food in the back rooms of large format stores in Switzerland i.e. the food in Switzerland even in the shop is great, please don't get me wrong, but it's not something to come back to.

spacious suite (328). hotel front parking. next to a park for easy dog walking. dog friendly establishment. great bar. good room service, bulk clarin toiletries are eco friendly and good quality, courteous service overall. toilet and wardrobe sensor lighting is convenient.

paid pet fee does not include any pet amenities such as dog bowl, treats or bed/blanket. shower stall is old, cheap, slippery with rusted edges; splashing water after each shower due to narrow door. wash basin needs better maintenance ( crack filling is not pretty). street noise was blocked but noise from above 328 started 8 something in the morning until 9 something.

Great hotel in a good , central location... some really nice design interior elements. comfy beds etc .. Warm, welcoming attentive staff...

Breakfast wasn't seamless and assured... the waitress was lovely and doing her best but, for the number of guests frequenting the dining room, one person assisting, clearing , serving and , most importantly, replenishing products, produce, food and drinks just wasn't ever going to be enough so lots of things that should have been there to enjoy simply weren't ... but what was there was good quality.. You know how many people you have in the hotel and how many will be having breakfast, put on the necessary cover and service support to make sure the experience is what it should be!

The staff, in general, was super friendly. Breakfast was very nicely prepared, with a lot of choice. The breakfast staff was very attentive. The room was clean, and everything worked. The double windows made the room very quiet. We will stay here again when we are back to Grenoble.

The young man at check in was super. He helped us with luggage, gave us a parking space in front of the hotel, and directed us to a good restaurant for dinner.

Warm welcome on arrival, hotel is located perfectly for the old town too. Room was very spacious and well appointed, decor and finish excellent. The bed was super comfortable and we slept so well! Great drinks menu in the bar, breakfast offering plenitful, fresh and constantly replinished by attentive staff. Overall a super stay and would definitely rebook.

Nothing to improve, this was a genuinely lovely experience.

There’s no parking at the hotel, but they have one spot with Tesla charger, which you need to book in advance. One night charging costs 30€

A lovely location right on the park, a simple 5 minute wander into town and 10 minutes in a taxi from the station. Check in was simple and the staff were lovely throughout my stay. Room was a good size, extremely comfortable bed and a great shower. Breakfast was good with multiple options and a decent coffee machine. The lift has some great touches (see two photos below).

The wireless had some strange restrictions on it so I couldn't get to simple games on my phone, etc. Not critical just mildly annoying.

From the moment I entered the lobby I felt welcomed into first class luxury. Staff were extra helpful, friendly and kind. The room was excellent, although a little cool. I was provided with extra heating. The bedroom was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was copious, catering for all tastes and requirements.

The only problem for me was the soft bed, which did not help my medically fragile back and neck. Also I was disappointed that restaurant facilities are not available for lunch, but the restaurant is open in the evening, which is better than most hotels since the Covid crisis started.

Very nice hotel right opposite a large park in Grenoble. Hotel was clean, tidy and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel whist easy to find is in the middle of a slightly confusing road system (we drove past it twice)! Also parking is difficult - you can actually park right outside the hotel (hatched yellow are) although this isn't clear or signposted and we only found out after being directed by the staff.
