The hotel is set in a lovely location. Beautiful rooms and the restaurant area very pleasant. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the lady at breakfast on the last day gave us a tip about visiting the church in the woods above the hotel which we enjoyed seeing.

It really is a lovely hotel. Not really a question of what we didn't like but a couple of comments. One thing when we got back each night was that there was a lovely fire going in the sitting room but nobody was on reception to ask for an evening drink. We might have also found it helpful to have a little information about what to do or see in the area.

The room had water views as across the grounds which are beautiful. The restaurant was fabulous and the breakfast included large selection off breakfast foods. The one drawback was there is no air conditioning in the rooms and we were there during a heat wave. There was a large fan in the room which helped. The front desk staff couldn’t have been more pleasant!

Amazing staff! Very very friendly! Nice place and nice atmosphere. Unforgettable view! Perfect croissants for breakfast.

Problem with water in the room. Pressure was not enough to take shower. Even to wash hands was a problem. The receptionist told us this is normal.

The person who welcomed us, a gentleman with glasses and dark hair, was absolutely exceptional. This was our first time in France and we could not have been made to feel more welcome. He gave us amazing recommendations for places to eat and was amazing from check in to check out

Absolutely nothing

The elegance room was very romantic and authentic, with a beautifull bathroom! The view is incredible from the balcony. The restaurant is also very cosy and enjoyable to sit. Breakfast was ok, but basic.

The walls are a very thin so you can easily hear (loud and clear) what the rooms next to you are doing and saying. The floorboards in the hallway and the stairs crack as well. The building could benefit from sole restauration, inside and outside.

A beautiful hotel. An excellent location, about a 20 min walk into the centre of Honfleur. Everything about this hotel is excellent but the staff make it exceptional. They were all so welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay so special. We will definitely be coming back.

Having to leave to come home.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive and knowledgeable. The sitting room was great with a view of the beach and a warm fire in the fireplace and a good internet signal so I could work.

The exterior of the house needs painting and some other maintenance. The interior needs some attention to make it pristine.

Restaurant closed on the days we stayed. Booking.com did not let us know, so we didn’t know until after we booked. Nice walk to town though so no big deal. No air con in room and there was a heatwave.

Cozy and traditional place. Staff was incredibly welcoming. Room was big and with amazing views. They even upgraded us. Breakfast was awesome

The location, the quietness and beauty of the Manoir, the kindness of the staff, the quality of the breakfast, the quality and service at the Spa, the availability of a car battery charger...

The room is standard and the price/quality ratio is exaggerated, despite the positive aspects mentioned above.
