Accommodation was good and comfortable.

I didn't like the system of depositing amount to guarantee our stay because until now preauthorization wasn't lift up from my bank and I already made complaint about it to Odalys City Hotel before we checked out. Very disappointing!

Breakfast was very good. It was very easy to navigate from the hotel. Perfect location.

I was not told about the €200 deposit at the time of making the booking. Took my money within minutes but i have to wait days to get it back.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The view from the window was great. We loved that it was very close to metro stations making it very easy to get around the city. Staff at reception were all great

The only cooling was a small desk fan and unfortunately the TV didn't have streaming options so only french free to air tv was available which wasn't ideal as people who cannot speak/understand it very well.

500 meters to the metro lane 14. 10 minutes to Eiffel Tower, 20 minutes to Louvre, 1h to Disneyland, 1h to CDG airport by metro/RER. 24/7 bakery in the building. Convenience store across the street. Fully equipped kitchen (but are you gonna use it in Paris, really?) perfect value for money. we stayed with my son, 12. he liked our room as well.

Location, staff were lovely and very helpful, especially the owners son. Great to have our own apartment with all facilities and equipment needed to cook .

Net curtain hanging off the window and the single beds were a little small.

Very comfortable rooms, enough space and with a lovely kitchen. Stores like G20 and Lidl are so close, so we decided to fill in the fridge for 4 days and prepare our breakfast, but we also ate outside experiencing French food, which alltogether showed to be a money saving and very nice combination. Hotel has a great bus and metro connections to and for every single important attraction that you must/want to see, so that is a definite plus. I would advise a Navigo weekly card for 35 euros and you can literally travel with bus, tram or metro anywhere in the city and outside, like Disney park for example. Staff was very helpful and kind - very fast check in and out withouth alot of questions.

Location was good close to supermarket and bakeryn

The problem with the showet door every time I took a shower water splill to the room a lot .I have to dry bathroom and room with towels

The room size was excellent and kitchen amenities were very good. Bed is extremely comfortable. It is very quiet. It is very close to metro station Saint Ouen on metro line 14 which is probably best metro line in Paris. The staff are excellent and are very approachable for advice on Paris. In particular I want to mention staff member Fodier. I had a medical emergency early one morning and Fodier was terrific in assisting my wife and contacting a medical doctor who visited me. We would have struggled to cope as we do not speak French. Can’t praise Fodier enough.

Hotel is beautifully furnished and decorated. It is located in a cool modern area. 5-min walk to the metro, 1-min walk to convenience store. Rooms are comfortable and super functional. We got upgraded to an awesome room with a lounge. Staff was very friendly.

I could see that a lot of corners had been cut when it comes to cleaning. I found quite a bit of hair around the room and tons of dust on skirtings. Quite a bit of wear and tear, too - there was a kitchen cabinet that was damaged and the door was rattling on the floor. The shower seal had been assembled the wrong way around so I had to take it off in order to open the shower door. A little bit of maintenance could go a long way.

The room is as it is in the photos. It was spacious, the washroom is also spacious. the streets were lively at night because below the Hotel were restaurants and bars. I was a light sleeper with the windows open yet I still slept like a baby so it wasn’t that big of a deal. Metro 14 Saint-Ouen was the nearest and most convenient transportation from the airport and to get around the city. There’s also a Supermarket G20 near which is covenient open late if snacks are needed. The lobby was beautiful.

No airconditioning nor fans. I think you should request for them not sure about the fees. However, we went mid July with peak of 28-32° and there is a cool breeze at night so opening the windows aren’t a problem, except if you are sensitive about sound, but they die down around 2am.
