500 meters to the metro lane 14. 10 minutes to Eiffel Tower, 20 minutes to Louvre, 1h to Disneyland, 1h to CDG airport by metro/RER. 24/7 bakery in the building. Convenience store across the street. Fully equipped kitchen (but are you gonna use it in Paris, really?) perfect value for money. we stayed with my son, 12. he liked our room as well.

Basic but comfortable. Rooms have fridge, sink, hob and microwave so can do limited self-catering. 5 minute walk to nearest tube(14). Local shops, bars and restaurants 2 mins walk. Fabulous roof terrace with view to Eiffel Tower.

I think the price/quality ratio was satisfactory. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. You get to the metro and train lines quite easily and the 66 bus is right next to the hotel.

The location is ok, I do not recommend going alone in the area after 23:00, it is not very safe.

Location was superb. Kitchenette in the room was superb.

My first booking from 2-11 November cancelled because of Odalys system showing invalid credit card where as the card was working properly as I paid 467 euros in Odalys paris 18 with Same card. so 467 euros was extra charge on me and neither booking.com nor Odalys is taking any responsibility for the same.

the room was spacious enough for three people and was clean. the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was fairly good, about 10min walk to the nearest Metro station.

Very friendly staff who can solve any of your questions. The room is comfortable enough. The big advantage is the kitchen, where you could cook whatever you want.

There is no air conditioning, which brought maximum discomfort in such a heat as it was during our stay. The windows overlook the highway, which is very noisy, 24/7, it was impossible to sleep. Also, the fact that there is no cleaning during the stay in the room. They could have left at least a broom for the guests to clean up themselves. But for the price of the room, you can include cleaning at least once a couple of days.

Great insulated room, which meant a nice warm temperature even if outside it was quite chilly (especially at night and early in the morning). No need to turn the radiator on with outside temperature raging between 8°C and 10°C. Fully equipped kitchen and a 2-minute walk supermarket (just across the street from the left side of the hotel - extremely convenient!). Plus easy access to central Paris via metro line 14 and RER line C.

There is a playground right in front of the hotel and some football fields, which means there is always some noise, regardless of the time of day/evening. Luckily, my room was in the back of the hotel, therefore I was shielded from all that, however all the rooms in the back are facing the nearby block of flats, which is just a few meters away, so no real privacy I'm afraid.

We had a wonderful stay, I want to thank the reception for being so helpful. They tried to answer all the questions we had, not only about the hotel, but about the city and other things we wanted to know. The room had a lot of space, bed was really comfortable. Good thing to have your own kitchen. Roof floor also is a big plus for the hotel. Metro stations are 10min walk away, bus station is just around the corner. Not far away from the bus station (if you arrive at beauvais airport). Its easy to reach any place you want because of the public transport stops nearby, but its not that far away by foot too, if you enjoy walking. There's a bakery in the same building that work 24/7 thats a big plus too. Also in the first floor of the building there are few restaurants and some bars to spend the evening in.

Only thing that was missing maybe one more table for dining.

Clean and spacious room. We were a group of 10 person. We booked 5 rooms. We couldn't open a window in a room and the sink in another room smell badly so we asked and they changed these two room for us. We didn't like the breakfast much. There was no egg included but more carbohydrates like croissant, cakes and jams. The fresh jus d'orange made our day. When we checked in the receptionist told us stay by the parking door. He didn't have us the entry door code right away. We were by the door and we were like okay!? What now!? Then I called the Hotel and I asked for the code. I didn't understand why he didn't give us the code when we were at the information desk!!!

This hotel is really a best choice for a short or even for a longer trip. It's located in the north side of Paris but there are several public transport options near to the hotel (Bus line 66, 341 in front of the hotel; tram 3B at Epinet Pouchet or metro line 14 at Sant Ouen - 11 minutes by walk). The hotel is located in a building where 5 different type of restaurants are available, also there is a grocery at the opposit side of the street plus a very good bakery as well so everything is available for a perfect stay there. The room is well equipped and comfortable for 2 persons, all staff at the hotel were really kind and supportive.

Only a small comment - the water from the kitchen faucet splashed next to the insulation but regardless of that everything was really good.
