Forgot our plug adapter, staff provided a loan. Staff provided advice on how to get around the city & then at end of stay how to get to Disney. Staff looked after baggage all day on last day.

Very minor thing…Selection of drinks in the room wasn’t to our taste. The standard for pretty much everywhere in France but including a breakfast tea & milk would have been our preference.

Clean, neat, and very compact. The room had everything my friend and I needed during our stay. Very nice staff who was very helpful and friendly at all times. It is a great location, only 2-3 minute walk to the nearest Metro station (M12).

It would have been nice if there were slippers in the hotel room. At times we can hear other guests from our room when they are roaming around the hallways, but we believe that's a common thing in most hotels. Apart from such points, the place is a great place to stay in.

The hotel is minutes from the underground and really nice neighbourhood. The room was compact but very comfortable and very clean. I was on the 3rd floor on the street side and it was nice and quiet, with some noises sometimes but nothing disturbing. The hotel and the area are really nice and there was a very good bakery and a Monoprix nearby with many other shops and a market on some days. The staff is really nice and helpful.

Some noisy guests in the family room with an hyperactive toddler still having fun by midnight but not the fault of the hotel.

Staff excellent couldn't be more helpful from reception to room attendants to breakfast staff Location last stop on metro but if you feel comfortable using public transport (which was very safe) the metro is a couple of meters away. 10minutes from Effiel Tower 20minutes from center 40 minutes from monmatre

Location, close to metro, although quite long journey to city center. But nevertheless seems cool that metro stop is around the corner. Close to supermarket. Also apartment on 5floor with nice panoramic view, we were lucky

+ location is great + staff are very kind, nice, wanting to serve and make your stay comfortable. + breakfast options are good for a hotel without a large restaurant.

- the price is ridiculous, even if in the midst of a trade fair moment. - the hot water takes a good few minutes of full open water flow to come. not very environmentally sound.

The room was clean, in general and comfortable. The staff were very polite and nice.

The towels had old stains on them, which was not nice and gave the feeling thatvtjey are not washed properly. I could not force myself to ise them.

Great location, quite good neighborhood and 20 mins to Gare Montparnasse by metro 12. The staff is smiling and helpful. The rooms are quite small, but I guess they are still acceptable in Paris standards.

the room was a bit smaller compared to other similar hotels, and also compared to the price per night paid, needs proper bath towels (large or xl)

The hotel is really clean and comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower Nice breakfast, not too much versatile

The location is very far from city center and not easy to find. The rooms are tiny, we didnt have space for the luggage. Not much parking around, only paid parking
