Very nice hotel, clean and no sound from the train. Close to train station, however I used the bus that is 30 seconds away from the hotel, to go in Paris. Nice breakfast with juice made on the spot from fresh oranges. Good quality of the products at breakfast, good coffee. Very helpful staff, I had a few questions. One lady at reception even wanted to offer me 3 bus tickets for free (from her own purse)! I would stay again.

There is a building in construction near by and the street was full of mud, but that is normal and probably will finish in the next months. However, no noise from the construction during the 2 nights we stayed there.

Room was very spacious so was bathroom. hotel seems quite new or newly refurbished. breakfast was nice it included freshly squeezed orange juice. neighborhood is quite

location might be a disadvantage however the train station and bus station is very near ( 5 minute walk to train station) . it takes max 7 min by train to reach montparnasse . I made a timing 30 -40 min to Champs elysee by train and metro.

The staff was excellent. They couldn't do enough for us. Specially a Philippine girl on the reception i believe her name is Ali something like that. She actually wasnt just on reception she was every where, she is the soul of that place, i hope the owners realise what an asset she is for that place. Always with a smile and friendly face. Our air condition didn't work on the first day she done all she could and she got it sorted to us. She made our stay in IBis so special and confortablr. Her English was perfect and she was always willing to help and never something was too hard for her. The breakfast was excellent the pancakes were a big hit with the children. The location was perfect literally 2 min walks from the metro. Super recommendo.

The surrounding around the hotel are not very attractive there is lots of construction building everywhere however its wasn't noise to sleep. Just not something nice to open the window and see but hey ho we spend most of the day and night out anyway.

We book basic for city breaks as not in much. Hotel was simple and clean. Had an iron and shower gel/ shampoo. Train station right next door to travel about and day passes cover train ans metro

Breakfast area a little small (bread, pastries, yoghurts, pancakes, some eggs and sausages) Didn't find tea bags just loose tea. It gave us enough but not my ideal selections.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was super nice, everything very tasty.

It was a little far from everything but we moved around quite well with Uber. A Uber trip from the hotel to a central place would be around 25€. They also have public transportation nearby (bus station and a train station) but we never tried as we were traveling with a small child and we thought Uber would be a better choice.

Staff were so accommodating and friendly. Location is literally a 5 minute walk to the train station which takes you into the centre of Paris in 7 minutes (€7 for all day travel pass from Clamart to everywhere in Paris). Breakfast was also great as was the room, really hard to fault anything.

Staff talked english, they were very pleasant and answered all our questions about Paris. Hotel is in very good location near metro, hotel have private parking, good wi-fi, staff cleaned our room every day, everything were clean, breakfast were unbelievable and tasty, we had very great time there, i higly recommend this hotel!

You can hear little metro sounds day and night but its not a big deal, believe me.

We stayed here for three nights. Great hotel and good value for money. The room was very clean. Very comfortable bed. Nice shower. From the 5th floor you can see the Eiffel Tower. Nice view. Room had air-conditioning. We also booked a parking space, without which you are lost in that area. The most notable quality though is the staff. They were very helpful, kind and nice. Breakfast was very good; more than enough; there is some variety to choose from but the only downside was that we wanted to have a bigger variety of vegetables. We only had cucumbers and radishes. Overall we had a pleasant experience in this hotel. We will return with pleasure.

A refrigerator in each room would be useful but its absence was not an inconvenience.

The room was very clean. Whenever I came back to the room it was cleaned and the feeling of clean sheets and towels was quite good. The shower was big and hot water was available all the time. The breakfast was fine, nothing fancy, but ok. The staff were quite helpful and nice. Everyone speaks perfect English too.

The only thing that could be improved is adding a fridge to each room. After all when you visit a city you may buy something in need of a fridge. Also, the AC would sometimes turn off for no reason. But neither was a big problem I want to complain about.
