location, cleanliness and breakfast were great

the first room they gave was very small, no wardrobe, but ok as I was alone but the room smelled really bad like something coming out of the sewer. This was room 110. I asked to be moved and they gave me 310 which was the same but without the bad smell.

Stylish, modern rooms. Great location - next to the metro that takes you to the center of Paris in 15 minutes. Underground parking garage. Great value for money. Issy-les-Moulineux is super convenient when visiting Paris by car, and this hotel is our new favorite.

Hot water in the shower kept disappearing in the morning. However, the staff was alert and the problem was quickly resolved. Chaos at the breakfast restaurant. Not enough staff to replenish the buffet. The next morning we came earlier to avoid the rush hour, which was much better.

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable! The shower was fantastic, with excellent water pressure and great temperature regulation. Extremely close to metro line 12 which takes you to the centre of Paris in about 10 minutes.

Soundproofing could be improved a little bit. The black walls need repainting from guests bumping their suitcases into them. If there were more plugs next to the beds it would be perfect.

The breakfast is buffet and sufficient

The Parkibg entrance is very small. I paid for 2 nights but when I went to park, my rented SUV will not fit or maybe it is but too narrow. I don't want to risk so I parked outside. I asked for a refund but I did not see it yet in my account

Nothing, all was good

Clean and comfortable room with all facilities and air conditioner. The breakfast included is really great and I loved the outside seating, on a nice sunny morning. The staff helped us by giving early check-in, keeping out luggage when we arrived and also on the day that we left. This hotel tries to be sustainable, which is something I admire.

The nearest metro station is 1min away, so in 30min you can be pretty central. What's more is that it is very clean and the breakfast provided is satisfying. Overall my experience there was very good and even though it's far away from the tourist part, the proximity to a metro station makes it a great option for your stay.

The bed was so nice. Small and comfy room. Near metro 🚇 station.

On the shower there was not space to put your shampoo etc. We were using the ones of hotel. The Samsung tv was not smart. You could only watch French channels. And all the movies and all foreign series were in french.

Room. there was a small variety of shampoo etc. No closed dress cabinet, there was open hanger. Breakfast was fine. Tea alternatives could be better.

I made an early reservation. But later I saw that the prices dropped. I lost about 60 euros with early booking. The garage entrance was too narrow for a car to enter.

Clean room, very nice staff, short distance to the metro, delicious breakfast, free late checkout after inquiry if i could stay an hour longer. Wi-Fi is fast and stable.

noise from outside, cheap thin toilet paper. premium wifi does not work when your credit card has a security check.
