Very clean and well decorated. Large wet room shower with loads and loads of hot water. Our host provided, when asked a hairdryer and was very helpful. Breakfast was great and provided at whatever time we asked. Railway close by, 50 yards, £35 railcard got you everywhere for 4 days. Bakery and local grocery store, 30 yards also recommended. Buy before you head into Paris in the morning, save 400 o/o.

The initial arrival was difficult as it required a phone and log into Wi-Fi to contact owner to let us in. We used booking. Com to confirm our arrival, but being of a certain age! The electrical phone type stuff was hard to work out. Could have just give us the gate code prior to arrival and there would have been no issues😃

This place is definitely clean. Wifi connection is very good. Sabrina was very nice to us. I asked her for an iron and she gave it to me. It was not nosy at night. it’s located right next to the RER station where you can buy Mobilis ticket (one day pass to all public transport 1-2 zones - 7,50€). I like the district. We came back at night by using night buses. I liked the location and everything there. thank you

Nice and cozy. Front desk help was friendly and accommodating. The local railway is right down the street with stops to the train stations for both the major museums (Orsy and Louvre) and the Eiffel Tower.

Not a large variety of services in the area. Most of the restaurants served panini, salads, or pizza. The two bars in the area were for locals. The wall were thin so you could clearly hear the neighbors.

metro station is at 5 mins walking distance which connects you to the centre, all the necessary shops are nearby. The owner makes sure you have a comfortable stay and is super helpful

would have been better if the room was a little bigger and there was no mirror in the room.

This is a poor area of Paris, however a walking distance from Gare de Lyon or the city center. I was at first scared by the simplicity of the room with nothing else than a bed and a toilet, however that was a really comfortable bed and I slept really well.

Given the rates at Parisian hotels and the fact that this is at half price compared to Ibis or NH, one should be happy with a bagette, jam and a mug of coffee in the morning.

Continental breakfast was basic but very nice. Location was perfect for place of work.

Ideally I would have liked one or two more teabags / coffee supplements but I drink a lot of tea so brough my own! The steam from the shower set off the smoke detector in the room on day 1. On day 2 I closed the bathroom door, but when I opened it to leave the bathroom it set the alarm off again. By day 3 I new exactly what to do!

Breakfast very simple, but perhaps relevant to 1 star hotel. Area not very pleasant

Sabrina was very accommodating, room was nice and clean with a pretty comfortable bed (we slept like rocks :) ). Decor of the room was simple but felt warm and cosy.

Please be beware of the stairs they are a little steep so watch your step going down.

Railway station / Bus stop is in the walkable distance. Ms. Sabrina , the owner was very supportive and a gentle lady. Allowed us early check-in and luggage storage after check out. Even though it is not a new building, but comfortable, clean and convenient

It was really great. The place is perfectly located, really close to a RER station, but far enough that you do not hear anything. It is a really quiet neighborhood, and the room was well isolated from the street. I slept well, happy to have found this place.
