* Great welcome when we first arrived - very friendly and quick * The pool was very relaxing and lovely to swim in but you were only allowed an hour * Very tasty food whether we had the room service or in the restaurant - however not much choice even though it was very good food * Great location - right next to Bercy village with lovely shops and places to eat as well as Bercy Park which is so tranquil and a lovely place to relax * Taxis found the area easily to be dropped off at or to be collected to explore city sights

* We booked the pool under a ‘quiet session’ through the QR code in the room but unfortunately there were some children in there for the first half of our hour so it wasn’t quiet * The sauna wasn’t working and the steam room smelt like sweaty men instead of a nice spa smell so it wasn’t very tempting to use * In the restaurant there was unfortunately a language barrier with the waiters - we ended up not getting what we wanted with meals because they didn’t understand our requests and it was easier to just say don’t worry to them than explain over and over * Sometimes the music in the reception / lobby area was far too loud even in the day - it was club type music so not very relaxing * The tv only had French channels and only had French as a secondary language choice for audio

The breakfast was exceptional - great variety and very delicious. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly; right from the cleaning staff to the Reception staff. We were looked after very well. The hotel location was very good (to say we were slightly out of the city centre), and it was very easy and quick to get on the Metro to see the sights. Our children loved the swimming pool and the table football - a welcome relief for them in what was a busy weekend of sightseeing.

Our only slight grumble was with the pillows. They are a bit hard and lumpy. But that was the ONLY aspect of our stay which we could find fault with. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

The stay was generally pleasant and the hotel comfortable, in addition to being very well located with the proximity of the Bercy village.

The staff was generally good and friendly, but on the last day, at breakfast, we found a different situation with a receptionist in the restaurant who was a little arrogant and unfriendly, claiming, with very little sympathy, that the breakfast table that we had all occupied the days since our arrival (we were a family group of 6 people and there were few large tables in the breakfast room) it was reserved, of which we had not been previously informed.

The staffs are friendly and super helpful. The location is great where metro is very accessible and there are many restaurants and shops around. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch.

The swimming pool and sauna facilities are great. However, guests are only permitted to use the pool once a day. We were there for 3 days / 2 nights but we only managed to use the pool once because the rest of Sat and Sun, the pool was closed due to maintenance. It was quite a big disappointment for us as the main reason choosing this hotel is because of the pool.

Location out of Paris but only a 25 min walk to Gare de Lyon. The Bercy metro was closed when we stayed which made getting to central Paris a little longer but it was a nice walk to Gare de Lyon.

The reception staff, the breakfast area, food and service. Room service. The size and housekeeping - rooms were perfect!

The bar staff saying we could only sit on particular chairs in the middle as we were having drinks only and not food. It was after 9.30 but before 10pm and no one came for food after us and sat on the chair at the side. As those chairs we were on were low so were uncomfortable for my back we only had the one drink.

The hotel is in a great location if you’re happy to use the Metro and trains to visit other locations. while not in Paris centre, we found it easy to get to all the attractions from the hotel. The hotel is well maintained, very clean and also has a lovely indoor pool. Staff were helpful.

If you are dreaming of Paris views from your hotel, than this is not the place. But otherwise, could not fault it.

Value for money, friendly staffs, clean and safe hotel. Nice swimingpool (booking in advance is advantage and feeling as private) and kids room in summer. 2 min to shopping and restaurant at Bercy village.

Noting much about hotel but we came on period that the Metro line 14 was closing. But the hotel was nice that also informing about this before we arrived. Most of time we have used Bolt/taxi.

We found the location to be great. A 30 min taxi drive from Gare du Nord. Subway is a 2 minute walk and within 10-15min you're in the centre of Paris. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Swimming pool was a real treat for the kids. Breakfast was great, wide choice of anything you could think of. Village Bercy is just across the street, with a wide range of restaurants, shops and even a cinema. After a long day of roaming around the centre of Paris, we found it to be very relaxing to have dinner near the hotel with the kids.

The restaurant in the hotel isn't really an option if you're travelling with kids, but with Village Bercy very close by that wasn't an issue. Too bad the outside terrace wasn't open, the weather was great but again a lot of options in Village Bercy. On a critical note, our bathroom could us a little touch up, but was very comfortable.

We had a great stay. The location is perfect. It is close from M14 line and easily accessible from the airport and other important city locations. There are various shops and restaurants nearby. Swimming pool and sauna were an excellent addition. There is a foosball table in the lobby which we enjoyed too. Breakfast is good too and they have a live counter for Omlettes and fried eggs. The staff is very friendly and polite. We will definitely be staying here again.
