Warm and helpful reception staff. Generous size of room (1 bedroom superior apartment). This was a mezzanine bedroom above a lounge area with sofa bed, so easily fitted 3 adults, and there was just enough privacy that for a short stay, it served us enough like a 2-bedroom place (other sizes were booked out). The apartment was clean and the beds large and comfortable. There was plenty of storage space and a large dining table. We were able to arrange late checkout for an extra 20 euro so as to be able to leave at the right time for our train. The Cinémathèque Française is only a 20-minute walk across the river, and the métro stop is nearby. There is a supermarket not far from the property, several cafés, etc. Really helped to have 2 bathrooms (one upstairs over a bath, one downstairs with cubicle). The Bercy park is over the river too and a pleasant place to walk on hot evenings.

Nothing. Our only minor problem was the métro line 14 being cancelled for works for some of the time (the hotel is in the 13th arrondissement, just inside the lower part of the périphérique/big orbital road), but that is nothing to do with the hotel, which was fine in itself.

I liked the comfort of bed and also really appreciate the location which was v close to metro station. It was a safe area & easily accessible. Hotel staff is very polite and guiding. Would recommend this hotel for everyone planning to stay in paris. All touristic attractions are easily accessible through tram / metro. Many eateries opened rill late night are nearby.

Bathroom / toilet for sure requires renovation, improvement, and cleanliness. Shower curtain is needed & tiles needs to be replaced

Very good bed, very safe and nice area of Paris, not far from the centre, with good public transport. Near the Seine River. Park nearby. Quite active neighborhood nevertheless!

On my floor inside a room there were smokers and it infiltrated my friend's room very much, and she is allergic, and she could not sleep properly and was having a reaction. They say they could not intervene, but it is their rule that smoking is prohibited inside the rooms. When we reserve there it is what we expect. But they did nothing and rather than annoying and telling the people that did not respect the rules to stop, it is the other clients that had to have the inconvenience.

Staff was super friendly. There is a small surcharge for the pet (10 EUR) which is to be expected even if it was not specified on Booking. The area is slightly off center of Paris in a newer nieghborhood not too far from the Bibliothèque Francois Mitterand. A few restaurants nearby which we did not explore since we were there for the night. The room was huge which was a big plus with a pet. As was the bed which was enormous, also a big plus. A capsule coffe machine with a few complimentary capsules included (good coffee). A cold water fountain is located at the ground floor to fill bottles. Overall a great find for staying with a pet since most Parisian hotels have ridiculously tiny rooms. Didn't need to use the hotel parking, space were available around the area. We didn't sample the breakfast since we had plans with friends, but the breakfast area seemed nice. Every single shift of the staff was friendly and helpful.

The kitchen is equipped and there are most of the necessary utensils but it would have been nice for there to be a bottle or other recipient to fill from the fountain downstairs (we ended up using the heated tea kettle to get cold water)

Hotel was clean and easy to find in an area with plenty of places to eat. A little out of the centre of Paris but has good links to the metro (only a few mins walk from the nearest stop) or can use taxis.

The room could get a little hot and stuffy and the cooling system built into the room didn't seem to do much even when turned to its lowest setting - we had to crack open the door to the small balcony at night to help cool the room down a bit.

Rooms are bigger than the Parisian rooms usually,there is a little balcony too,the kitchen was ok equipped with washing machine, microwave oven an espressor and water boiler,staff, actually we only interacted with one nice blonde guy,and he was very nice and helpful.metro is 3minutes walking distance,bus stop in front of the hotel.nice pubs and bistros in few steps away.

The neighborhood was soo modern,many construction sites (noisy a bit),just skyscraperers all around I missed the heart of the city.

Close to metro, nice American style restaurant within 100 yds of hotel. Sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. Shower was more like a wet room. We stayed with another couple to cut costs, the sofa bed was in the lounge, with separate bedroom with door, shared bathroom. There was a small kitchenette if you brought your own food.

A bit pricey but compared with the other places in Paris on the same dates it was reasonable!

separate, but connecting rooms made a great spacious apartment with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms for our family with teenagers. The beds were really comfortable and everything was really clean. The mini kitchen was helpful for breakfast and snack, especially having a fridge. the staff were friendly and always helpful. excellent local facilities and RER / Metro on the doorstep.

There was no view as was a basic apartment block. When we stayed in Aug 22 there was big work on RER C so it only ran as far as Musee D’Orsay and Metro 14 was closed, so the links into central Paris weren’t as easy as they would normally be. However, even with this it was still possible to get anywhere we wanted with a few more changes.

Very clean, quiet, warm, twin beds for my kids. Professional hotel service, laundry room available. The RER was right outside the door and just 3 stops into center of Paris.

No dining table but we didn’t eat there. Would not suit if we were staying longer and needed to cook.

Location was perfect for the sporting event we were attending. It was convenient to get into central Paris and also to get back to the train station for our trip home. It was a lovely apartment and a good size.

The spiral staircase was very slippery and although looked lovely, was quite dangerous to get up and down.
