Location and breakfast were very good! Very nice staff.

Breakfast was very good. Missing veggies option. Meat and veggies were put in the same area and residents were using the same serving spoons and mixing both veggies and meat. The worst was our experience with the restaurant manager, Sergey. He shouldn't work at breakfast time. Not welcoming at all and very harsh, we always had to ask him to replenish. At breakfast time we need a positive anf good mood person. We could notice a big difference between his shift and Sheikh's. Sheikh was serving breakfast for two days and he was genuinely nice. Nothing was missing, he was always replenishing and always had a nice word to say. A very caring person.

It's a 15min walk to the nearest RER/metro, and on the dates we stayed the service was a bit limited (half hourly RERs). Not a big problem, though.

Clean room and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was better than expected (read some negative reviews- but actually there was enough choice).

The location is probably not the best if you want to visit Paris. It is not so easy to get there and there are no really nice places close to the hotel. But then if you want to be closer to Paris, you easily pay double the price with less quality. So overall the value for money was very good.

I really liked how clean the room and hotel were in general! Also, the bed was super comfortable, I could live there. Near the hotel is small shop, pharmacy, and a bakery that serves hot, fresh bread (even in the afternoon) and amazing sweets.

The only drawback (maybe except weak localization, but that's nothing they can do about it) was the lack of any vegetables during breakfast - I mean french breakfast is fine when you stay in a hotel over the weekend but since my stay was almost 2 weeks at some point I felt bored with lack of diversity in the breakfast.

Perfect stay, we had an easy check-in The staff were really friendly, all spoke English. The hotel was new and very clean, with clean comfortable rooms. I was able to park my hire car on the private premises locked in an electric gated garage for €10 per day, we also did not pre book this, however was easy to access from the hotel, downstairs through the garden gates, using an escalator. It also had a local really convenient supermarket down stairs, also lovely bakery and a very tasty Thai restaurant all downstairs to the hotel. Room was very spacious and bright with a full kitchenette. Larger than expected which was nice. Quiet area and very residential with alot of newer buildings, hotel very quiet and felt safe. Staff present 24 hours if you need help and responsive. Not too far by car to the airport. We hope to come back.

A bit far from the metro to get into the city but there is a bus nearby. Cleaning offered every 4 days but every 2-3 days at least would be better. Area has some food and restaurant options but have to travel into the city for more shopping and broader food options.

The property was amazing ! Staff was super nice and comprehending, answered every question we had and more ! It was super clean , toiletry was there and of good Quality. The property was not far from the center of Paris , we ordered Ubers to get there even though Transportation is literally next to the property. Also there’s many shops around n restaurants. You should come , this property has a good price and it’s worth it . Again, thank you for the kind staff that was very comprehending and open minded and of good vibes . Thanks for the cleaners that did a good Job .

Spacious, safe, modern, clean rooms with high quality facilities. There was grocery store, bakery and a Thai restaurant nearby providing additional convenience. Plenty of eating places within 5 minutes walking distance. The staff responded to additional requests during our staying very well. Very convenient to train station RER line C or Metro nearby if could bear a 10 minutes walk. The hotel is great value for money for staying in Paris for longer than a week.

It took about 30 minutes to check in. We asked if there were any problems with the booking, the reply was NO, but kept us waiting without further communication. By the end we did not get the original booked room types, we had to strongly request to get the room types booked, by the end, our groups were separated on different floors.

Our stay here was great. The rooms are well equipped and clean. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is extremely kind. There is a bus stop 1m away that takes you to a Metro line which you can embark on to get to the city center (>45m total). The price is great when considering what you are offered. We would definitely stay here again!

What I’d change is adding a pair of slippers in the room and maybe lowering the cleaning cycle time from 4 to 3 days!
