We had to book this location last minute as our airbnb got cancelled on the day of our flight. So it was slightly further from where we originally wanted to be but there is a direct metro line to the central - metro station was about 15 minutes walk. The staff were amazing and always helpful, particularly Lamine (sorry if I got the name wrong). As it was an apartment hotel, we were able to cook there as well, which was convenient. It was decent sized and clean. We could leave our luggage there too after checking out so we could go around to stroll before going to the airport. All in all, highly recommend!

Wifi wasn't working at the time - which was ok for me as I could use my roaming data. The staff mentioned that the hotel newly opened up, so it should be sorted soon.

These are virtually brand new apartments so everything is pristine and they are well maintained. We had a studio which was spacious, the bed was firm and new but had a softer topper on it, and the utensils were all smart and modern. (There was no horrible synthetic mattress protector on the bed. Instead it was a natural cotton one with a cotton fitted sheet on top.) The apart'hotel has a very stylish entrance area/lobby where you can sit and play board games, and in the evening they put out free biscuits, croissants and a very nice minted water for guests to help themselves too. The staff are very professional, smiling and helpful. If you are coming to Quai d'Ivry from abroad, we discovered there are lots of options to get from Orly Airport to the apart'hotel. Apart from Orly Val train, there is also Orly bus from Denfert Rochereau (RER B) and you can also use your weekly travel card to get to Orly by using the RER C, get off at Rungis Orly, then there is a regular local bus to the airport. This wasn't much advertised even on Google maps, but it's a quick, cheap way to and from the hotel. There is a bus stop Bruneseau a few metres from the hotel. There is also a tram stop about 8 mins walk away.Both run til late every day. There are also lots of scooters "trottinettes".

There is very little to fault, but there's just a couple of things to mention. There aren't any window shutters and the blackout curtains don't quite, well, blackout. So if you don't like the morning light, take an eye mask with you! The only other thing we found is that it takes about 30-40 minutes by bus or metro to get into the centre of Paris. It is usually 2 or 3 changes on the bus or bus/metro. The hotel is in an industrial part of the city with a cement factory over the road, a recycling plant at the end of the street and bizarrely 2 garden centres. This area is being regenerated and the hotel is one of several in the street.

Onsite breakfast was very nice and the staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. They had croissants, fruit and cheese, eggs, jams, and more. We went into Paris some mornings for breakfast at a cafe, but the onsite breakfast was very nice for the days we did not go out. It was not a long walk to get a few groceries. Also, not far from Bus/Tram/Metro, which made it easy to get around Paris without a car. It was nice to have someone at the front desk 24/7 and the staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful!

Cannot think of much we did not like. The parking was a little tricky to navigate, being in the next building, but it was available when needed. We only parked a car onsite for one night after an excursion to Amboise, so it was nice to have, although most of the time we used the Metro/Tram/Bus, which was not far and worked well.

Hotel staff bilingual, very lovely and helpful. Breakfast organic, fresh, Ionela and the manager French lady (so sorry did not know her name!!) were both so welcoming and kind. fresh smoothie! yum 😋 the rooms are big enough, view is cool from the 9th floor, in fact you can see Seine!! 😊 gym small but well equipped, bus, tram stations and supermarket walking distance. it is periphery of Paris, but takes surprisingly half hour to an hour to various points of attraction. the staff accommodated our request for communicating rooms. Myriam and the lovely Serbian (?) manager of the hotel were very professional and helpful, together with all the other staff in reception. European feel of the place.

location is a bit far but if you want more space as a family, it’s the way to go. We found housekeeping a little expensive, so we have not used it. towels could be bigger 🫣

The building was fantastic. we had a one bedroom and it was spotless. Our son was on the sofa bed, which was comfortable. The breakfast was included, and was a good, standard, European breakfast. It was a bit far but the Jetta is just a 10 minute walk and it was two stops to Notre Dame. We walked along the Seine into the centre on one day and it was nice. It was relaxing to just stroll down. The staff were lovely and helpful.

We loved the property. it was a bit out of the way and there were not a lot of restaurants close by. There are two close, and Italian and a Japanese restaurant, but they were pretty standard - the Italian was a chain restaurant. If you don’t mind using the metro, which we don’t, it was fine.

The room was very comfortable and quiet, the bathroom is very neat, so overall it is a great place to rest. Staff was very helpful and understanding.

The location is not great. Subway was not so close, we had to take uber/taxi every day (it would take around 30 minutes for each trip to most touristic spots), and there was a bit of particularly heavy traffic nearby. Also there were not many nice restaurants around, it was mostly fast food.

Location was perfect for me as it was only 2 min walk from the exhibition I was a part of. Fresh and brand new facilities. Comfortable bed. Little kitchenette is nice to have for longer stays, dishwasher etc.

My check in took over 1 hour due to issue with my reservation through booking.com When I arrived and showed my booking reservation I was told they did not have it. Eventually nice lady at reception stood up to this challenge and did whatever she could to make it happen. thanks for this! Management needs to improve on their system with synchronization of booking.com reservations.

I had a wonderful time at your lovely hotel. The hotel was very clean, with all the amenities I needed. The location was abit far from the town area but transportation was fantastic and easy to get to every landmark area’s made it easy to enjoy the area’s scenery and explore what Paris has to offer. Overall, I had a great experience and are already talking about our next visit.

The room was clean and thoughtfully furnished. The WiFi was good. I was there for work and had to attend a few meetings remotely from the room. It went well. The breakfast was also nice, with different fresh and cooked items. The staff were nice and friendly.

The room was nicely prepared and cleaned when I checked in, but not cleaned even once in the six days I stayed there.

The room was new (as the entire hotel), very comfortable, and exceptionally clean. There was a fully equipped kitchen inside. The mattress was comfortable. There was a big window that we could open for airing the room.

The location is far away from the center. With public transportation, it was taking up to 50 minutes to get there. There was a factory right next to the hotel, and the air might not be the cleanest. The pillows were also not comfortable.
