The staff was great, our receptionist took a lot of his time and gave us great tips for sightseeing, the cleaning staff was also very friendly. Our bathroom was suprisingly big. On the reception they had little courtesies like water and very delicious chocolate. The subway station "Porte Doree" to get to the city centre was 2 mins away and cost 1,90 EUR per person one way.

All rooms are on the main street. The airconditioning made a contineous sound.

We travelled for two weeks and this was by far the nicest hotel. Big bed and clean room. Bed was also comfortable and the room had air con which was a huge bonus as the last place didn’t. Everything was a good standard and there was a metro station right outside but also a shop, McDonald’s, kfc (I think) and subway which was perfect as we had not eating for a few hours before arriving so could grab food quickly. Staff were helpful and breakfast was delicious! This was our favourite hotel during our whole trip. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel is quite affordable especially if I can compare to another hotel in Paris. The location is good since it is located in good district and quite easy to go to city center since there is metro stop next to it.

The towels aren’t changed regularly, even the bed sheet, it would be good that it could be changed regularly. The closet in the toilet was a bit strange, I barely sit down there since there is small space between closet and showers. (This happens in room 202).

Clean, modern hotel with excellent sound insulation from the street and air conditioning which made the heatwave tolerable. Very helpful staff.

Would have preferred a kettle in the room rather than in reception with larger heat resistant cups - but this is a small point as tea / coffee was always available there.

Very well sorted Breakfast, staff very kind and careful to our requests. 2 min away from Line 8 of the Paris Tube, therefore well connected to Paris city centre. Room very clean. Excellent restaurants around and good bakeries. Really affordable price considering the high season. Suggested.

The staff was nice and friendly. The room is small, but is was enough for an overnight stay and it was clean and nice with a really comfortable bed. The elevator is a bit small, more people with large suitcases would have to take one at a time. The hotel has a good location as it's close to the metro and there is a bakery a few steps away.

You get what you pay for. Metro station is just next to the hotel, price is low for Paris so you can't expect top standard. However, it was good for the price

Big downside was a separate mattresses on double bed as it was moving all the time making a big gap in the middle so not a great thing for a couple

very near metro station also mac & burger king are seconds away free nespresso capsules and water in the lobby

the location is somehow far you have to stay in the metro for at least 8 to 10 stops to go to touristic areas near by

The bathroom was nice. Air conditioning worked great. Room was clean.

There was only one big blanket on the bed. We would have slept better with 2. (We didn't ask for another blanket, so this might be on us)

Hichem on reception was brilliant. A great welcome, very helpful & informative I had touble booking a particular restaurant because of either the line or my weak french. I asked & he took the trouble to resolve that for me. He was friendly and helpful. Your other staff were great.
