What an oasis! The hotel was incredibly accommodating of our small child and the staff seem genuinely happy to be there. The location is fantastic, a few metres from one beach and a 15 minute walk from another small beach + Parc du Mugel /botanical gardens/ short hike. Plus *free* yoga a couple of days a week! We had the small apartment with kitchenette and appreciated making our own lunches and dinners, but the breakfast *delivery* and fantastic dinners at the restaurant are a huge plus.

The AC cut off occasionally, especially at night. The hotel fixed it quickly every time we asked, however. There are quite a few stairs to get to the the parking from the hotel; it would be nice if the hotel could offer a golf cart or similar to take heavy bags up on check-out.

The location is absolutely amazing. A must-see. We had a room with a private terrace and with sea view. Calanque is 75m down the steps from your room. The staff is super friendly and very french, with everything that incompases. The restaurant is brilliant, a bit pricy, but the convenience of living upstairs makes up for that. Bar right outside the room, It can get loud.. but it gives the place ambience, which was nice. They close at 22.00. We did not mind. The staff are fresh and engaged, polite and friendly. Helpful, we had forgotten to buy vinegar for our salad. My fiancé rushed down to the restaurant to ask for some, and they're reply was what type, and what it was for ? Because you can't make a provencal salad with balsamico, it just won't work. This place is very French. ❤️

It's a crowded location. It wouldn't have been the same if we didn't have our private terrace for some privacy. We were very happy that the room came with its own entrance and terrace. The Calanque is very crowded. It isn't private in any way. Lack of private parking for guests, the parking at the top of the stairway that makes you feel young again, isn't free. But the parking ferry probably thought it was too hot to work for the 6 days we were there. The residential street, close to those youth stairs, has free parking if you are lucky to get one before Jean Pierre. None of the above disappointed me, which made me regret going there. It was one of the best holidays, and I will never forget about this place. Or those stairs.

Great Location, beautiful and private garden. Delicious breakfast.

The apartments were once designed nicely but it seems like they don’t take care of it. Equipment and furniture were clearly used off and no brooms, vacuum or dish cleaner in the apartment. The towel service did not work although a card in the bathroom indicated that we should throw the towels in the floor when we want them to be changed. Even after explicitly asking if they can change them, we were told that they don’t have new ones and therefore can’t change. And last but not least: the location claims to be sustainable but in fact the whole natural area was brightly enlightened the whole night. We found that critical because of all the wild life and running light 24/7.

Location, host, restaurant, beach.

Everything was expected, but its worth noting 90 steps staircase and shared toilet in the economy rooms.

The "Chateau" room is very cosy and offer an incredible view into the callanque. The employees were very nice and helpfull.

We have been informed at our arrival, that the water pressure sometimes low is. TRanslation: Several hours per day yon can not use the shower. The room is quite expensive but very enjoyable. (extra points for the outdoor bathtub)

The location was good except the beach was a bit disappointing. Not clean and very crowded. Not what I was expecting.

The air-conditioning did not work one evening and the staff did not know what to do as the manager was away. they did provide fans which was great.
