Very well laid out room with lots of shelves, a good sized hanging rail and a full length mirror. Great size bathroom for a budget hotel. Comfortable bed and aircon was a bonus. Location was just off the motorway and near to restaurants and a supermarket.

Reception wasnt open when we checked in. Had a few issues doing self checkin but resolved eventually.

Clean, good location, easy to find. Helpful staff. Also the nearby restaurant, which had a good range of food, offered a discount to hotel guests. Excellent .

The exterior looked a little drab. The Wi-Fi was very weak.

Very well located just outside Rouen Centre, secure parking, clean, comfortable. Decent breakfast served in a very hygienic way. I’m sorry I did not get the name of the young chap who was managing the hotel during our stay, he was so helpful and was a very pleasant personality indeed. This is a budget hotel and represents excellent value for money. An added bonus is that less than 100 metres away from the hotel is the Chantegrill Restaurant which has an extensive menu and again is very reasonably priced.

Nothing to dislike.

I’ve reviewed this hotel many times so it can’t be bad for me to use it regularly. Well located, the rooms are comfortable, staff friendly. Very good family rooms too.

NO SHOWER GEL IN EITHER OF THE TWO ROOMS WE OCCUPIED I will never have breakfast in a B&B chain hotel again, it’s just a rip off.

check in was easy via the computer outside of reception. Rooms basic but clean and functional.

There wasn’t a lift up to the third floor which made it tricky, but not impossible with bags.

Room was clean. Enough space for an Family of 4 (2 kids) location was great. 15 min drive to city centre. Breakfast was good.

Becouse of the airco. The upper part of the room was really hot. The hot air had no where to go. But, then again. We where there on the hottest day of the year.

Another excellent, efficient pit stop at this dog friendly hotel. Have stayed several times before and will stay again. We always have breakfast here which has been fine but this time there was a number of additional items available that were much appreciated, including some warm items (eggs and bacon).

Electric car charging point would be good.

Room looked tired - large scratches, scuffs on inside of external door. Dirt& bits where floor meets walls around room.Doormat very stained & full of bits.

Very clean and well laid-out room. Friendly staff and excellent choice for breakfast. Location worked well and adjacent restaurant very handy with discount for Hotel Guests.

Everything was good for the price paid, so no dislikes.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I very much need quietness, a desk and lighting (and all worked and were as required). Wifi was a must since I needed to study and it was stable and sufficient to open multiple pages and research. I rate the meal as fair-good only because it's a bagged light breakfast and I'm used to the sit-down breakfast, but that was likely due to the sanitary situation, and it was adequate for my needs.

Perhaps the cleanliness of the common areas - outside hall or walk spaces, but it's a motel style property, so that's harder to keep up. It was sufficient for my one night stay.
