We couldn't find it for ages. Not well signed. Gps location is correct when it takes you to a dead end. Entrance is pedestrian traffic only. Signage is high up on building. Go back onto main busy road, under tunnel and into underground carpark. All the way to section 38. Enter the pink door. Road traffic noise at night.

The 'car parking on site' was 4.50euro and NOT on site but in the shopping carpark underneath the hotel, albeit with a reserved space. And very difficult to get to, the actual front door is in a pedestrian zone so to go in and find info we had to park and walk there because our satnav didnt acknowledge the given address because obviously cars can't go there.

Breakfast was standard Continental but at least there was cereal choices. Room was ok with view of pedestrian area

Parking was a nightmare to get to as it is located in the shopping mall parking area. No restaurant from Friday to Monday even though it states that they have a restaurant, so had to find food in the shopping mall, which is next door.

Location was very good. Parking right under the hotel and reachable with elevator. Room was neat and big enough. Enough outlets. Bathroom was cute with tiny window that opened. Breakfast was ok.

Couldn't find any tv-channels that had news or anything in english. The hallways were ugly.

Room was as expected and very clean. The bathroom is compact but well laid out. Breakfast was excellent for the 8 euro price. Pastries, croissant and coffee were all good quality. The staff went beyond the call of duty, we arrived late but the manager on the reception showed me where the car park was then carried my wife's bag to the reception. Car parking is 4 euro. Would visit again

The breakfast was excellent - so much to choose from! The room was small but perfect for one night and the staff was very accommodating in regards to bag and bike storage. The hotel is a short walk from anything you need - shops, cafes, and tourist attractions.

It was very hot, and it would have helped to have a fan (or even better AC). It is a perfect spot for sleeping and using as a 'base' for seeing the sites.

Hotel was very central although I arrived late at night and left early morning next day. Free parking on Sunday. Breakfast was plentiful

Got the wrong hotel initially as there are at least 2 b&b hotels in Rouen from the same chain but staff were very polite about it!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was good size and clean. Lift from car park to room floor was good.

The location would have been fine except we had two dogs and being on the 3rd floor was more difficult. Only place to walk them was city centre.

Good value for money, great location.

The breakfast is good only if you will be there very early, otherwise there's no hot food, like bekon or eggs. They don't clean the room if you will be there 2 nights, for example. Only when you leave

The reception person was excellent. He offered to store my bicycle in the store room close to the reception. Room had a nice view of the church and the town. Room was excellent with great shower and bath. Excellent lift to the 3rd floor. The bar was good and the host treated me to a lager for cycling from Dieppe!
