Breakfast - The breakfast was good, though dining area a bit small as the hotel was full. Plenty of choice Location - we initially went to the wrong Kyriad[in town centre] but were redirected to the correct one. Well situated for access to motorways and also the nearby Chinese restuarant within walking distance from the hotel where we dined. Free parking was a definite bonus.

Breakfast: food is fine, but there is not much choice. Everything is clean, nice bathroom, good bed. Protected parking lot, good traffic connectivity. Would stay again

The room was phonic isolated and had a nice view over the hill behind the hotel. It was luminous, clean, with confortable beds, sheets and pillows, and with a kettle with coffee&tea, TV. The room is decorated in an beautiful asian style, and had a modern bathroom. Toiletries were provided- tooth brushes& paste, cotton buds& wipes. Very good breakfast, with a wide range of products; milk, 3-4 types of yoghurt, coffee machine for different types of coffees, various breads, pastries, ham, cheese, sausages, omelette, fruits, cereals, rea, jams, etc. The parking area was big enough and accross the street there is a Lidl were you can quickly charge the electric car.

I liked the hotel and everything here. A fridge would be a plus.

Good parking facilities, easy check in. The hotel is nicely decorated. The room was nicely appointed for a budget hotel ( slippers, toiletries), The bathroom was very clean -toilet brush provided. The beds were comfortable, air con. The breakfast was simple but tasted great- enough choice. Staff efficient and friendly.

There is a busy road at the front of the hotel if your room is at that side. It didn't bother me too much as I was exhausted. The automatic coffee machine coffee wasn't great. There is no bar - but there is a soft drinks to pay for facility.

So, as part of the Kyriad brand, there is a certain expectation of what it will be like, however, this hotel is exceeds the norm. It is exceptionally clean and our room was decorated beautifully. There is an oriental theme (or there was in our room) which is no surprise as I imagine that it is run by an oriental family. (I am not knocking the brand but this was better than others we have stayed in) The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom and shower were really nice. Not only did they provide the normal soap, there was also additional extras like slippers, combs, packs of a toothbrush/paste and packs of razors with foam if you needed it. There is a Lidl opposite for any supplies you may need and an oriental restaurant offering buffet style food which is possibly owned/run by the same people as the hotel next door - this was delicious and was topped up constantly. Whilst it is on a busy main road and our room faced the front, we did not hear any traffic noise at all.

The place didn't have a bar (or any vending machines), but given the type of hotel, it's not always expected, but with the shop opposite, you could easily get what you needed

The hotel is like a boutique hotel, very well furnished & pretty bedroom. Very clean & comfortable. The staff are very friendly & accommodating. I’m gluten intolerant & as they don’t have gf alternatives at breakfast I wasn’t charged for breakfast but still allowed the drinks & gf food that was available I.e. meats, eggs, fruit & yogurt

The windows are full length looking out onto the car park & road. Other nets or blinds would be appropriate as a lot of the time we had to close the curtains. Also AC is controlled by reception & our room got to 29 before I realised & asked them to turn it on

Everything about it was excellent . The room was very clean and the en-suite was amazing . Obviously recently refurbished and particularly liked the option of the heated mirror . Real glasses not paper cups . We have been touring France for three weeks and this was the best accommodation . Ok so it was in an industrial area , but it was a very easy 2 minute drive to the centre . An added bonus was the Chinese restaurant next door . You didn’t need to like Chinese , they had everything ! Parking very secure

The breakfast was extremely good and very fresh. The place was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although it was on the outskirts of an industrial complex, I wanted somewhere like that as it meant I could get away easily in the morning. It was close enough to facilities ie restaurants within walking distance. For the money it was very good value.

I got more than what I paid for. So I have no complaints. I only stayed one night and it was the simplest room. But that is all I required.

Good choice for an overnight stop. The room was excellent with every facility that you would wish for and it looked very new. Breakfast was very good. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but there are two within easy walking distance. Unfortunately, because it was bastille day, one after two restaurants was closed, and we had to wait until 730 for the other one, and excellent Chinese buffet to open.

No restaurant. Location is out of town on an industrial estate so if you need a car if you want to do any sightseeing.

Great value hotel, close to the centre of Rouen. Helpful staff and very comfortable, spotlessly clean room, with lots of little extras like slippers, toothbrushes, razors, cotton wool pads. Really nicely decorated too. The hotel is only a 5 minute drive to the centre of Rouen - a stunning city! Recommend a visit to the cathedral and the Sunday market.

the breakfast room is right next to the hotel entrance, so can be a little draughty. Take something warm to wear and it's not an issue
