Parking was secure at hotel behind locked gate. Location was in the city, so was close to the historic town and sites. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Staff friendly who spoke perfect English.

Looking at the photo the hotel seems simple and not the most comfortable, but I assure you that it is! The design of the rooms is very well thought out, we had everything we need. It also was very clean. The staff is very friendly, they not only showed us our room and all the hotel moments, but also gave us a map where they marked the main sights of the city. Also they asked if we had already found a restaurant for dinner and if we needed help with table reservations *-* Just adorable!! The hotel also has its own parking in a closed courtyard. We were allowed to leave our car there even after check-out, so that we could took our time to see the city. 10 of 10!

The hotel is in the centre of the city within reach of all the main sights and restaurants. Parking that can be reserved in advance and is probably essential for this area.

The traffic system in the centre of Rouen is complicated so a good SatNav is essential. Slightly easier to leave going north than going south is the best I can say about it.

No air conditioning. You had to have your car in the secured parking by 8 PM. You couldn’t get your car out if needed for an emergency after 8 PM because the gate would be locked & no personnel on site.

We were able to leave our luggage despite arriving 3 hours before check-in time, they had already responded to my email warning of our early arrival acknowledging that we could gain access to the hotel. From the start the staff were very helpful the man in charge offered to carry our bags to the room - we are in our 70s and they were heavy. The woman who initially greeted us not only gave us a map but pointed out the most interesting sights. The room was clean, the bathroom roomy, the bed comfy, the breakfast plentiful and delicious.

I cannot find any fault at all

Everything was good at this hotel. A very positive surprise. The communication for check-in hours and instructions was very clear, we were very welcomed by the staff. We requested a parking spot and it was ready for us. The hotel is not fancy, but it is modern, it feels recently renovated and everything was extremely clean and comfortable. The location is good, just a few steps from the historical centre and the main sites. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bed linen and towels. Everyone in the hotel was extremely kind and efficient. We got a couple of nice tips about places to eat and to visit, a kind of service that we haven't found lately in hotels.

There was no air-conditioning in our room, just a fain. It was not an issue during our stay, but it might get too hot during the summer.
