What a wonderful, friendly place! It's off the main road and therefore not necessarily easy to find but we were so pleased we booked this accommodation, which is in a quiet rural location. We had a large room with a very comfortable bed and the warm welcome from the helpful owner set the tone for our stay. We would have chosen to make and eat food in the communal dining room and lounge but chose to eat the food we brought on our large verandah. We had an excellent breakfast, self-prepared, the next morning.

Nothing could have been better!

Absolutely lovely place to stay just outside of Le Mans. The hosts are wonderful, the rooms are fab and the breakfast was delicious! The location feels idyllic, and the hosts have created beautiful grounds for guests to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious room with large private decking area. Great pool with plenty of sun loungers and a large shaded area. Generous continental breakfast for 2 people consisted of 4 yogurts, 4 croissants plus bread, a bowl of fresh fruit and a jug of orange juice . Also, you could cook yourself eggs or an omelette! Only 8 miles from Le Mans 24 hours Motor Museum and Circuit.

We only stayed one night but wish we had stayed longer. Fantastic place, very comfortable, clean, and a brilliant jacuzzi type corner bath! Great accommodation to unwind after a long drive south. If we are ever in the region again, we will definitely stay here.

A gem of a place. Everything was done with so much care for detail, it was super clean, well thought through, everything was provided, breakfast was amazing, and the hosts were lovely. Beautiful little property, with own vegetables, chickens, boule parcour, pool. And the room was decorated with such attention to detail. Beautiful.

Nothing I didn’t like.

Beautiful location. Kids loved the playground and swimming pool after a long journey. Friendly staff but with limited English. Fantastic breakfast. Really lovely, quiet location, not far from the motorway so very convenient location.

Minor point - could have done with a few more towels and toilet paper.

Excellent room. comfortable bed, good shower room facilities. Nice outdoor seating area on the balcony. Secure parking. Helpful, friendly host.

Chairs on the balcony were a bit flimsy and uncomfortable. While the breakfast was good overall, the coffee making “procedure” was overly elaborate - surely it would be quicker for our pleasant host to make a pot of coffee rather than explain the intricacies of the machine to each guest in turn…

Beautiful building and grounds, very well decorated. Fantastic breakfast, host is very friendly, doesn't speak much English but he's French and I don't speak much French! So I can't complain. Merci beaucoup

6pm is a bit of a late check in time and as it was so fantastic and we were only staying one night it would have been nice to be able to check in earlier.

the property is very spacious and clean, the bed is very comfortable, kitchen is so complete, the surroundings are very peaceful and beautiful, the people and owners are super friendly and helpful.

very well decorated room, very comfortable and quiet! very convenient to go to the Bugatti circuit (24h du Mans), only 10 min away by bike. Hosts are very nice and accommodating! Breakfast is very good and very generous! Absolutely nothing is missing!

maybe some extra veiling curtains would be appreciated as a view screen for the front bay window!
