- Location: the property is literally 2 minutes walk to Mairie des Lilas station (M11). There are lots of shops and eateries near the place, a Casino about 5 minutes away, Naturalia across from that, and Franprix in the opposite direction. A lot of selection on UberEats as well. A bit of a walk down is the shopping area, with a cinema. - Overall space: It's spacious enough for two people. The bed is located in a loft upstairs but it has a lot of headspace and my partner who is quite tall had no problem walking around upstairs and going down the stairs. There are tables and chairs for a small eating area, and another set for work, which we used. There's also a couch that pulls into a bed. There's a huge window in the living room that looks out into the street. - Kitchen: It came with everything we needed to cook. Pots, pans, a kettle with free teabags, a sponge, dishwashing liquid, a dish rack. It's great for people with dietary restrictions and would rather cook than eat out. There are also extra garbage bags. - Other amenities: Self- service laundry is free, laundry soap is provided but no conditioner. There are enough towels, toilet paper, to last you for the duration of your stay and you can always ask the staff for more. In the bathroom, there's body soap, shampoo and body lotion. In the closet by the entryway, you'll find an iron, ironing board, hairdryer. Water pressure is good and you don't run out of hot water. - Sleeping: The beds are great- not too hard and not too soft. - Heating: There are three heaters in total: one upstairs in the bedroom, in the living room/ kitchen and in the bathroom. The place was always warm and toasty. - Host: Great staff, very accommodating, always ready to answer questions with a smile on their faces. - Cleanliness: I have dust allergies and it wasn't triggered with me staying in the room. - WIFI: fast, easy to connect. My partner and I were able to work uninterrupted.

- Curtains: The blackout curtains were sufficient, but it would've been better if there are also sheer curtains so we can let some sunlight in while maintaining privacy. As with Paris houses, your windows are overlooking the street below and the houses directly across. Sheer white curtains would be a great addition and would elevate the space. - Cleanliness: Although not dusty, I could see some corners where bits of mold are starting to grow.

The place is very well connected with the city centre, but also has great supermarkets, pastry shops and everything nearby the apartment.

Location is superb! Not so busy and you can find everything within reach. Shops and metro ? No problem! It doesn't matter if they don't offer breakfast because the room we had is complete with everything you need! You can buy food or order food and eat it inside the room. Time enough? You buy food and cook it inside your room. The bathroom is also nice eventhough it is not comfortable taking the toilet paper from its holder.

Just one thing, my husband said the pillows are hard and he is considering to bring our own pillows the next time we book. One setback versus all the good stuff? Not bad, huh? If they can change the pillows that would be really much appreciated. Anyway, this is my second time staying at Les Lilas apartment, the first one is with my friend last year.

Location of these studios are at the end of Metro link 11 Marie Les Lilas. If travelling here by Eurostar take tubs 5 from Guard du Nord and change at Relublique for Line 11. Reception staff were magnificent. So helpful. Plenty of towels and very comfy beds with excellent showers. Sufficient cutlery and working microwave. Pre Christmas break so Paris was even more superb. Hit chicken shop on main road is excellent value. Mac Donald service slow!

Kitchen units are basic but studio room clean. Beds extremely comfy. Worked well for 2 adults and a teenager.

We had a fantastic stay at Les Lilas apartments - the staff were friendly and helpful and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. It was quick and easy to get to the city on the Metro and there were also shops and restaurants close by. It was useful to have a fridge and cooking facilities and also convenient to park our car in the secure garage during our stay. We hope to return soon :)

It was all perfect for us!

Comfortable bed, everything very decently looking and clean. well-equipped.

Check in process for arrival after reception hours was not very clear. I had to upload my passport on a website that google told me was not secure! Also, I had to call a couple of times to ask how to get in out of reception hours and got the email only in the afternoon. Other than that, everything was great.

The location was great, around the corner from the metro stop and the main street. There are many restaurants, cafes, shops around the corner. The room is spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Luggage storage was nice.

The bathroom furnishings were a bit outdated (toilet and sink). A transparent curtain lining would be useful so one can open the curtains (keep the transparent curtain closed), have a bit of privacy and let some light in. The window looks out to another apt building and so neighbors can see you if you leave the curtains open.

The apartment was very close to the metro station . We arrived after 7 pm and we could park for free in front of the building till 9am the following day. The second day we used the property (paid)parking and the staff was very kind to allow us use it for few more hours after the check out time. It was very easy collecting our access cards following the instructions received by email. The apartment had all the necessary things we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The area is a bit busy but the street where the property is situated, is relatively quite . You have plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I would definitely book this property again for our future visit to Paris.

All was fine during our short stay and I can only think of two improvement points; one is the sofa bed, it takes almost all the space when extended and the person sleeping upstairs has to step on the sofa to be able to go to the kitchen/bathroom. Using a slightly smaller sofa would fit better. The other thing that bothered us the most, being bad sleepers, is that one of the windows had only an adhesive film which was good for privacy but unfortunately not good enough to stop street/sunlight especially early in the morning.

The apartment is cozy and has the essentials for our stay. It was close to a metro station. The staff was very helpful when we had a problem booking a taxi on the way to the airport.

We wished that the cleaning of the apartment happened more often. Hoped that the TV could have been bigger.

Vibrant neighborhood, convenient location and always helpful and friendly staff. The physical presence of receptionist makes a big difference in terms of comfort and safety as opposed to virtual communication.

I would not point a negative comment, everything went smooth and easy. Moreover this is not my first time and I was back again because of my positive experience before. Value meets good service which is not an easy thing to experience when travelling.
