The hotel was in a good location, and public transport like metro station, tran, and bus were close by. Reception 24 hours and hotel staff were polite and helpful. We arrived before check-in time and wanted to drop the baggage, but they helped check in right away, which helped to get time for travel around the city without comeback for check-in. We were family of 4 adults, and the bed arrangement was good with two double beds. Overall for us it was a nice and comfortable stay. Recommended for all types of travellers, single, couple, and family.

Love the location, very close to the metro, great access to everything, just perfect. Very friendly stuff, everyone was just helpful.

It’s a bit outdated, our bathroom had mould. The reception looks fine, but as soon as you get to the 2nd floor (where our room was), it just didn’t look clean or we’ll taken care of, but you might be lucky and get to the room and it’s not that bad. We asked for a cot bed but it was falling apart and didn’t look safe, so we ended up not using it, but didn’t complain.

Excellent location. Bars, restaurants shops and the metro was a few steps away. It's also a few steps away from an outdoor cinema and azz café. There is also a tourist information centre across the road. Lovely part of Paris. Staff at the hotel very friendly and extremely helpful. I travelled with my parents, husband and 3 children. An excellent stay. We used the metro from here to do all of the typical tourist visits and returned late at night. The buffet breakfast was excellent. I would visit the hotel and this area of Paris again.

I liked the restaurant lady, with the blonde hair. She could of been one of the managers. She did recommend a very nice desert, which I had to share with my husband and daughter, because it was so tasty. Also she recommended and helped my husband to buy entrance tickets to Tim Burtons show, the Labyrinth. Don’t think, we would of managed to buy, if it wasn’t her as it was all in French language. Also male receptionist was very nice and informative.

Breakfast buffet was very good, only one of the 2 lifts were working so for a building with 9 floors and 3 basements (for the car park) there was quite a wait for the lift. During a busy spell the car parking could be tight but there was a car park across the road if needed, we were lucky and did not. Overall we had a good stay and would go back again.

Location was very good. Upon arrival our door wouldn’t lock and we were moved immediately to another room which was much bigger. The staff were also happy to help with moving our things.

Not the fault of the hotel but people close by smoking in their room and setting off the fire alarm at 5.30am. Not nice when you and your young Children are woken up by the alarm ringing for some time. Another downside was there was only one small ceiling light and the room was quite dark.

Clean and spacious accommodation with very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed with here with my 06 years and 06 month old daughters. we chose this particular hotel because in Paris the hotel rooms are very small to cater to a family of 04 and we were not disappointed by the size of the room. It is very near to Paris metro station Porte de Pantin (150 meters away) it took us 30 minutes through metro to reach Eiffel. 200 meters away from Mc Donalds (my daughter loves it) and a few other Parisian restaurants (i'm not rating them as i didn' try)! The hotel even gave us complimentary cards to enjoy a few drinks at the bar. Decent continental breakfast.

Staff at the reception is amazing. They try their best to help the guests. Staff really helped in making our stay as comfortable as possible. Location is great if you want to make it a base and travel around Paris however I would suggest to be cautious in the area as you would be anywhere in Paris. Plenty of places to eat around as well. Free parking. Very clean rooms and facilities.

The refrigerator was not working and it was not replaced during the duration of our stay. There was a bit of a damp smell in the room.

Good hotel easy access to the metro.. We did a late check in because we were very unhappy with the very old dirty hotel we booked in the centre of Paris and happy that we transfer to this hotel

Clean and meet our comfort and basic needs for our remaining two nights in Paris…This hotel saves our impression of Paris because of substandards hotel old and maintain hotels inside the city run by questionable people who fleece tourist of money…avoid this “hotel le fabrough opera” avoid we had a very bad bad experience that why we transfer to mercure hotel thanks to mercure

it was a great hotel in a good location. carpark was brilliant facility. nice neighborhood. the one complaint was there was a fire alarm in the middle of the night. staff took longer than one would hope to tell everyone in a clear and reassuring way that it was an accident. so we were left outside waiting and then not v reassured when we were told we could go back to bed. there was no announcement as such . v suboptimal communication and management . and NO apology or gestures the next morning, which was a bit disappointing.
