The host Eloise was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, comfy room.
No restaurant available even though on booking we were advised there would be food and drink available. We were told by a member of staff that she could only be contacted by phone as she wouldn't be on site., making us very vulnerable The location was poor in relation to the town centre, no food available. Extractor fan in bathroom not working.

Power points could have been closer to the actual beds, but this was only a very minor issue!

Warm and friendly reception. Very well run. Food and service excellent. The team are happy, enjoy looking after guests like like one of their family. The restaurant is used by locals and well as those staying. We will stay on our return journey.

It was a Saturday and the restaurant wasn't open only place nearby was a pizza type bar not good for 80 year olds

The Window stores were not working. The shower is rather poor (slippery bath tub and unefficient (water pressure).
