Location ideal right across road from Flandres station. Nice big spacious room, very clean, nice staff working there, they are obliging and willing to assist, showers was fab lovely and powerful, just bathroom abit small but ok for one person

The hall carpet! This gives a very bad impression! It needs to be upgraded, it really is the most appalling I’ve ever seen with all the stains! Maybe a mirror for bedroom would be nice touch. Ultra petite en-suite but not an issue.

Location is great, in the city centre and near the main station. The staffs were also very nice. They let us use their microwave and kitchen utensils for our own meal.

The room was really small, especially the bathroom. Showering space was literally only enough for 1 person standing without moving. There were quite visible stain on the carpet in the walking aisle. But overall I think this is okay for the price when we booked only 1 day in advance.

The hotel is located in the city center, only a few walking minutes from the train station Lille Flanders, about 10-15 minutes from the Lille Europe train station, and only a street away from the beautiful main market and other sights, as well as shops and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very cozy and clean with comforable beds, a desk and a chair, and a wardrobe. In the room there is also a very compact bathroom including a toilet, sink and shower + shower gel dispenser. Towels were provided The price per night is affordable and acceptable

the room doesn't have a view, except into the next part of the building.... but since we were there to stay for a night and to walk around city, it didn't bother us and it was at least quiet.

Location is excellent. Not far from the train station and just off the main town centre. The bathroom though very small was clean with a nice hot shower. The room itself was adequate for our needs and though the beds were very low and basic we both had a good nights sleep.

Although the room was fine the hotel in general could do with a good clean and decoration. That said I would certainly use it again if I ever go back to Lille.

There was a little bit of a bad odour (smell) Bathroom is tiny though but I guess for the price so it's OK.

Clean, reasonably comfortable room. Able to make hot drinks as there was a small electric kettle in the room with tea/coffee/milk and disposable cups. Good selection of breakfast snacks. Helpful staff. Ideal location for short stay and sightseeing.

the bathroom. It’s really small and dangerous I fell into the shower area while sitting in the toilet. The shower was so small and everything in the cubical gets soaked. The carpeting in the hallways were gross. The stairs are a hazard so narrow and the not enough handrails.
