A really good Campanile hotel, looks like it has been renovated recently, staff were really pleasant. Rooms were nice and the bed was comfortable.

Limoges, don't bother it's not a particularly nice city, in my opinion. I would park in the car park opposite the hotel, it was virtually empty. We parked in the hotel car park and had major problems getting out the next day. The ramp twists quite sharply to the right as you exit so no chance to get a good 'run up', then the right hand side is painted, so very slippy. Our car wheels just spun and we had to get someone to help push us past the slippy part. I wonder if that is why the hotel had a bucket of sand at the bottom of the ramp!

We were very pleasantly suprised by the high standard of this campanile hotel. The reception and main hall are very spacious and stylish; there, it is possible to sit, read and enjoy some of the games (babyfoot, petanque etc...) made available by the hotel. There is a large garden at the back where we could take the breakfast outstide. The rooms were spacious enough and comfortable. The hotel is a short walk away from the old Limoges and there is a large public parking in front of the hotel that is not expensive (and was mostly empty on the days we were there).

We arrived in high spirits, having witnessed a famous win of Exeter Chiefs over Castre Olympique. We received a very hospitable welcome from the Receptionist. An absolutely delightful lady called "Zarah". She very kindly arranged for rugby to be put on the television in the bar and then proceeded to demonstrate a good knowledge of wine in recommending our imbibing! I have worked in hospitality most of my life and can assure you that Zarah is a perfect ambassador for your business.

The quality of tea bags in the room, all herbal. Once again we commented and Zarah replaced with a quality breakfast tea.

I booked this hotel because I wanted a reasonably priced option near the centre and railway station. This was a good choice - there is a spacious, relaxing lobby with a bar and lots of seating - also table football and board games. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfasts were excellent - plenty of choice, including hot options and very good cheese. There is a walled courtyard and shady seating outside.

Comfy Beds and the gentleman organising breakfast was very pleasant

Although we were up for 9.30 there was very little hot cooked food available for breakfast. The Hotel welcome information pack states that the bar Lounge bar is open until 1.00 AM, but upon requesting a drink just after 11.00 pm that the bar was closed. As we were sat in the bar it would of been nice to of at least be told that the bar was closing shortly-Very Frustrating for a Saturday night out with friends who stayed at the hotel after our recommendation.

Super quiet room with great AC, excellent wifi, large and very comfortable bed with crisp linens. Didn't have breakfast so it would have been nice to have access to fresh coffee. Powdered coffee in the room but.....:(

My room was upgraded to one with a large bed and a canape lit (I'm a single traveler) which was open and blocked the path to the window and the banc on which to pose my suitcases. I'm 65 so was concerned that it may cause a safety hazard and asked them if I could close the bed and was told that they would charge me 20€ a night to do so. They offered another room but it wouldn't be quiet. I found this very strange and not particularly customer friendly.

The hotel is well positioned has a gorgeous garden and has a private underground parking. The restaurant next door (i think is part of the hotel) is delicious. The rooms are clean and just enough for a good night.

The breakfast was quite poor, no veggies at all. The pastries here nice on the other hand, but for the lack of tomatoes or some slices of cucumber was pretty obvios.

Very clean and comfortable and in a great location with easy parking

The steak restaurant is part of a chain and affiliated to the hotel. We waited over an hour to be served even tho we were there first and were pushed onto our 7.00 table at 6.50 whilst having a pre-drink, other tables were served before us. My husbands steak was inedible he asked for it to be cooked medium,half of it was served blue and still mooing! On the upside, they allowed our dog in.

Well-appointed room with an excellent bed, really very comfy. The room was spotlessly clean as was the hotel. Lovely, quiet terrace at the back ideal to unwind after a day of exploring.

Unfortunately, despite the service being excellent, the food in the hotel restaurant was not good at all, a real shame as a lovely location.

I am a frequently return guest. The staff (especially Alex and France make my stay enjoy. There is one cleaning staff member that made sure my room was always cleaned. I could tell the day she was off because the staff completely missed my room. Looking forward to my return in December
