Lovely apartment in historic building. Were a little bit worried as other reviews said about noise but the windows are double glazed and we had no problems with noise at all. Great host and breakfast smelt lovely, we had declined it but regretted it once the smell of fresh bread and coffee wafted from the kitchen. Lovely little garden area at the back and the parking garage was safe and secure and full of history. Was an old garage and still has signs etc on show, would have loved to have some of the old fixtures for my man cave. Only used as a stop over going South but will definitely stay again and have the breakfast next time. Supermarket is 5 mins walk away and open until 9

We only stayed one night in the one bedroom apartment and enjoyed ourselves. The room was quaint and comfortable. With two kids in tow, we made use of the kitchen and didn't try the breakfast- although it looked wonderful. The staff was super friendly and we would definitely recommend this accommodation.

It was hot and there was only one fan available. Also, the neighbourhood was not the most welcoming, but we loved that we could park right in front of the place.

Not much. The area of Limoges that it's in looks a bit rough on the surface, but the car was parked on the street overnight and we had no issues. A little bit too warm and a tiny bit of traffic noise, but no worse than anywhere else we stayed in France. The only thing missing from the kitchen was breakfast bowls for cereal.

Very nice space, offering 2 beds separated in distinct areas. Small kitchen space with all the necessary available. Well located, parking is covered and we left the car there past the checkout time (with the owners agreement) to easily stroll in Limoges. Breakfast served on the terrace when weather allows, or brought to your room (that was our case as it was a rainy day). Friendly and helpful staff.

We had upgraded to a larger apartment and it was huge! Fully equipped kitchen, a dining area as well as sofa and TV. Upstairs were two bedrooms and the shower-room. The space has been recently created with modern, quirky fittings and the guest's comfort was clearly thought through. The owners are lovely and made us feel very welcome. Both spoke very good english and were extremely helpful. The hotel also has a terrace and a small garden which is a real treat in a city. The hotel's location is ideal as it is within easy walking distance of the city centre and its shops and cafes.

The apartment was in the attic and therefore had sloping eaves in the upstairs space, not ideal for taller people, such as my husband. However, we would definitely book again if we return to Limoges but go for a different apartment.

beautiful property with everything you need and loads of character, the hosts were great and really accommodating, nothing negative to say about the property itself!!

The location was good during the day but at night it felt a little unsafe on the walk back to the hotel past the park that seemed to have groups of men hanging around in it! it might seem a little exaggerated but that’s how we felt! however the property itself was great!!

modern apartment with characterful accessories in beautifully renovated town house. lovely little terrace to sit outside in a quiet area of Limoges. It was an easy walk to the covered Les Halles market and shops. Restaurants close by . Host was very friendly. Goid secure parking at the rear of the property. perfect for a short stay

it’s in a great location, for all restaurants and sites in Limoges. it was also easy to exit the town in our hire car, it’s a 5 minute walk to the beautiful train station and buses. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The breakfast was wonderful and the garden out the back was lovely to sit and soak up the sunshine

we were two friends travelling. The main bedroom and bed was very comfortable The small single put up bed was very hard, but ok for a short stay, if you are 5ft 5” and not well built!

A fantastic place, one we did not want to leave, we would normally have opted for a hotel, but with having a 3rd, family member meant we could spend the evening together in comfortable, warm surroundings. It was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Highly recommended and one we will return to.

The room was amazing, so clean and cosy! I would definitely recomend it. Perfect for a solo trip

When I arrived I had a huge bag and couldn't get into the building for a few hours so had to carry my case far away until I received a message with the code.
