Loved the cute villa. It was comfortable for the three of us travelling and staying one night. The mattress was great but the pillows were a bit ordinary. Lots of storage if you plan to stay a while and the shower was great!

Check in on a Sunday after was difficult with no one around to help. I didn’t get any instructions prior to arriving at our villa number or access code so I wasn’t expecting this. There was a phone number that we eventually found and the person who answered was very helpful and stayed on the phone with me until we were in the room!

Communication for entry very good. Lovely old room in a character villa on first floor tastefully renovated. Good free off-street parking. Common area salon provided complimentary coffee and tea. Small but nicely appointed kitchenette included cooktop, toaster, kettle and coffee pod machine. Bathroom good. Suitable for up to 2-3 nights and close to the oldest part of Limoges with its lovely timber and brick heritage buildings.

The building was charming and characterful, and the apartment was well equipped, clean, with a comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, and very near the city centre but in a quiet location. We couldn't have asked for more.

Nothing which detracted from our stay, but for info to the owners, the door lock was very stiff and needed some force to open; the bottle opener did not work well.

The property is beautiful inside and out, and the staff were very attentive throughout. It’s a 10 minute walk from almost everywhere you need to be in Limoges. The rooms are spacious with lovely views, and the gardens are great for relaxing. As it is just out of the centre it is quiet and my whole stay was excellent.

Though negligible as there was a coffee machine in the lounge, the coffee machine in my room didn’t work. This would not affect me staying here in the future, and I am sure the staff will rectify this. In fairness, I equally didn’t raise this during my stay!

liked everything …just small problems with the coffee machines that did not work but otherwise it was perfect. Easy to access. private parking near town centre. large spacious room with a powerful fan to cool down. Highly recommend!

Private gated parking. Good studio on 2nd floor. Well equipped, clean comfortable, quiet. Coffee machine, fridge, hob, toaster, electric fan in bedroom.

Studio 5 - second floor. The walk-in shower only has a part door and, as a consequence, the water sprays all over the floor. The fire procedure card on the door shows the wrong studio.

The property was beautiful and perfectly located, the bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed.

The water pressure in the bathroom sink was very poor, making it difficult to brush teeth or wash hands. It was very hot (not the hosts fault) but there was only one fan and no way of opening the roof windows

The location was great for our needs, and parking. Issues with checkin, presuming we would have someone there. I even advised I would be late, 4-30pm. If you are going to have code entry put it on your website

Excellent location for a night stop in Limoges. easy, secure and free parking and we were able to leave our car for a couple of hours the next day whilst we did a little sightseeing. clean and spacious room.

We hadn’t shopped and so couldnt make use of facilities in the room, so a breakfast option would have been nice.

The accommodation was in a good location for the town centre, and there was safe off road parking.There was a member of staff at reception, who directed us to the key box. There was plenty of room, and the kitchen was well fitted out. The bed was comfy, and the area was quiet at night.
