The hotel, while close to everything, is very quiet. The staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. We were especially happy with our “superior “ room, which was spacious and had access to a rooftop terrace.

Clean 3 star hotel. Good breakfast and nice simple dinner which is good value for money. The hosts were lovely very helpful. Good location near grotto and market as well. Good size family room with separate toilet and bathroom. Nice clean sheets and towels and room was cleaned daily. Air con, nice comfy beds and we had a small balcony which was nice.

Location is not too far from grotto approx 15 minutes walk however on a steep climb which can be tricky for elderly people..

So we arrived very late to the hotel, and they were kind to allow us to check in in, it was about 1130pm. That was very generous of them. I loved most the accessibility for my infant son, taking a stroller, and the size of the room. The breakfast was a great value for the location, a petit d'journier. It was perhaps 10min walking to the Grotto, where based on their location you could take a lift in the neighborhood or just walk down. There also is ample space in the Garage, which is covered and has assigned parking spaces for guests of you request one. This is important if you are traveling by car, because many other hotels do not have adequate parking. We traveled with a our 4month old son, they offered us a crib, which was very nice. There are no mini fridges, so if you are a person traveling with baby bottles/milk or things that require refrigeration, just the hotel staff and they can store it for you. Another added ambience to the hotel is the staff are very knowledgeable of the local area and are happy to allow you to try local French wine form Southern France, and you can take a bottle home for a great price. If we return, we will probably stay again, this was a very family friendly, accessible hotel if you are conducting a pilgrimage to Lourdes or want to enjoy the numerous outdoor recreation activities of the High Pyrenees.

We have no complaints, they were very accommodating for us

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. The staff is incredibly polite and friendly. This time they even tolerate my terrible French. I recommend very much this hotel. All hotels in Lourdes are going through trying times, as the expenses are going high and the pelegrins are visiting less. Let's support this business by visiting them!

I like it all. There was a little incident that shows how kind the staff is. I arrived one night with my spouse and she wanted a coffee very much. The gentleman in the reception prepared an espresso for her, but at that time we did not had the coins needed to pay. In the day after, she went back to pay and he did not want to receive. That espresso was on the house. These little things capture our attention these days.

This hotel had the best air conditioning of any of the ones we stayed in during our month of driving around France. With the heat of this past summer, that was important to us. The room was large, with a king size bed, seating area and desk. The gentleman who worked at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. He went out of his way for all of the guests. And he marked up a city map for us, showing how to either walk the entire way, or take an elevator down, to the main part of Lourdes. Once we figured it all out, it was not a far walk. The hotel's parking garage is secured, so we were able to safely keep our luggage in our car while we visited the Grotto one last time before we left.

the hotel was central but quiet. our superior room (42) was spacious, with access to a rooftop balcony. the air conditioning worked well, though we discovered that it turned off if the door or window had been opened and did not register as being completely shut. the staff were helpful and spoke excellent English.

no staff at the desk usually between 1 and 6, though I was able to reach someone in that time with a question via the booking.com ap.

The receptionists were all so nice! I had a single room, but it was fine with a double bed. I slept extremely well. The location is ideally in the city center, yet very quiet. Although there is no frig in the room, there is one available at the reception. Dinner was excellent and very affordable. Merci!

Breakfast was simple but adequate for the price. Would have preferred at least one warm dish (eg eggs). Staff very friendly and helpful. Good WiFI connection. Reasonably close to Church and related areas.

A mini bar facility in the lounge and open till about midnight.

We have stayed here before, and we love the rooms, the location, the breakfast and even the wine and dinner.

The lift was not working when Ed stayed, however the staff helped us with our bags to the room, which was very considerate of them.

Spacious bedroom with very nice bathroom. Shower and bath with everything you can possibly need. Views from two big windows was lovely. Little mini bar too.

Personally I think breakfast could have been better, more choice of bread and pastry maybe. Warm eggs.
