Communication with the hotel was brilliant- I had to delay my arrival by 2 days and they couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. The motorbike parking was for free and inside a huge garage (but with quite a steep slope to get in). There is a small, rickety lift (and stairs) to the bedrooms. My room was large enough with a balcony and a perfect view of the Fort. The bathroom was small but adequate. Breakfast was Continental, basic but tasty with ham, jam, baguette, croissant, yoghurt, fruit salad etc. The staff were really helpful. It is only a 5 minute walk down lots of steps into the heart of the town - 10 minutes to the Sanctuary.

Sound travelled - I could hear people in the neighbouring room and in the street, but this is only a small issue.

Wonderful small hotel in the center of Lourdes. Friendly and helpful staff, cozy and warm room, good view from the window. The hotel is located within walking distance from all the attractions of Lourdes (everything that is important for both pilgrims and tourists). Very good value for money. Thank you for your hospitality and I recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to visit Lourdes

This hotel is not one of the major chain hotels. The staff is not so numerous, less service. I could list some minor cons of the hotel, but I won't do it as the pros far outweigh the cons.

Super comfy room, firm bed, great location near the centre of town and attractions. There's also plenty of restaurants nearby and the carrefour city is within walking distance. Super friendly staff who are very helpful and the room and bathroom and clean with a strong hot shower.

The shower stall was a bit small and the location is up a hill around a bend but that's ok, it keeps you away from the noise of the centre of town by the river. You also have to carry your luggage up a couple of steps at the front door and to get to the lift from the lobby too but that's no big deal.

One of the receptionists brought us to the train station in his own car and would not accept any payment. This is exceptional service. The hotel is in a perfectly quiet street. The room was large and comfortable. There are comfortable sofas where you can relax in the large dining area. It is about ten or twelve minutes' walk to the sanctuary entrance.

The breakfast is good. But there are no hot dishes. I like muesli, but the only cereal available was cornflakes. But given the very reasonable price you cannot complain. There is fruit, yoghurt, hard boiled eggs, different kinds of bread and jam, coffee and tea as well as other items.

Had a lovely stay here. Michael welcomed us and got us off to a good start. Enjoyed our first evening meal at the hotel, well priced and tasted lovely. Had use of the hotel wheelchair which was very much appreciated by my elderly mother. Rooms were clean and tidy with heating and cooling. The only things preventing this review being a 10/10 is, we'd have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room and a more varied breakfast cereal option. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel, perfect location. Thank you.

The staff was very welcoming, friendly and ready to find a solution to a problem I had with my first room. Location is in close proximity to both Shrine and town centre, whilst also being removed from the main street and therefore in a silent setting.

Bathroom boxes can be a bit small, and wifi coverage can be spotty depending on the room location. The beds are comfortable although I personally did not sleep well with the high pillows which are provided in the room.

Location was perfect and a very quiet neighborhood.  The staff were lovely.  The room was simple but adequate.

The breakfast was very poor.  The coffee machine made terrible, watery coffee.  The hard boiled eggs were hard as rocks, and the selection was very very limited.  It was certainly not worth the nine euros each we paid for it.

We loved the stay at this amazing, friendly and spotlessly clean place . The staff were so kind and understanding despite having lost a key . Martin was so gracious, cheerful and accommodating. Looks like it was recently refurbished, very clean and staff went to great lengths to accommodate our needs (travelling as a big family group with 9 children).

A bit far from the sanctuary, although it has public parking around the corner (and there’s a street elevator to save you from climbing stairs if you want to walk to the sanctuary!)

It was super clean, and the staff was very helpful, exceptionally kind. I have lactose intolerant and they prepared breakfast for me which was incredibly wonderful !

I woke up by the alarm from the different room, acoustic could be a bit better..
