location was beautiful setting. Friendly staff the 2 ladies at the reception during the day were helpful,courtious, and friendly.
We had a room for 3 and was not satisfied with the toilet no air circulation and cramped. Improvement of the toilet will be very helpful.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful especially the lovely waiting ladies in the dining room. The coffee served in earthenware jugs was wonderful with refills in abundance if required
Breakfast is quite limited with only two choices of cereal and shortage of variety of fruit.

The location.
For American AC is very important, specially for summer time. the fan helped, but we missed the AC. I believe you should charge more Tom people that want to have AC in their room. All other things were fine.

The staff is very nice and helpful. They placed us in a room we wanted with the same price as the "mistakenly" booked room.
I didn't like that you have to imagine ... specifying when booking the room, whether you want a room with a bidet or not! Also, you need to specify if the river view is with a balcony or not. Both options seem to have different prices!

Lady at reception was super nice! Hotel is in a lively and safe area of Lourdes, close to the sanctuary. Can easily walk back late at night. Delicious burger from the restaurant downstairs as well 😋
