The room is vast and comfy, and quite soundproof. Everything kitchen ware is on the room when you arrive, that's great. And the fridge is already on, you can use it on the spot. The bed is good and huge. There are multiple power outlets available.

The fridge is quite little, and if you put the climatisation on, you cannot decide if it'll make heat or cold, nor can you adjust the temperature, it's pre-programmed at 21° and that's it

A particularly warm and helpful welcome at reception. Our room was one of the biggest we have stayed in, with room for our bikes, a balcony with a nice view and a huge bed. Having a small kitchen with kettle, two rings and a microwave was a real bonus. It was good to have a bath with shower and a separate w.c. We only stayed one night but we were extremely comfortable. The hotel has a good location, just far enough from the centre to be very quiet but within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Lourdes.

Conveniently located to the grotto, nice clean modern apartment with all essentials to hand. Covered all basis.

The TV in the bedroom was way too small for the size of the room. I really do think it would be a worthwhile investment as it would add to the overall comfort of the room and would be well suited to it too.

Laurianne was just lovely to deal with and so helpful. Everything question and request was attended to with a smile and no fuss. very helpful staff, She also arranged for Laurence, the taxi driver to pick up and drop us off at the station and he was also very nice, polite and professional. I have made a note to recommend Zenitude to anyone looking to travel to Lourdes. And we ill definitely use it again if we are ever coming back to Lourdes.

Great location, easy parking, good sized room that also had a small balcony (no chairs though to sit out)

The room was rather noisy, the electric box next to the double bed was very loud and could do with some insulation to help quieten it down. The fridge was also noisy. The balcony could benefit from a chair so you can sit out. The sofa bed was noisy when moving around.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The temperature of the room was ambient and comfortable.

The bath was difficult to get in and out. The washing liquid dispenser was broken and so no washing up liquid was available throughout our stay. This was reported the first day, but not repaired until we left.

Lovely light and facilities were great. staff were organized and helpful. it was also quiet though it was pouring so streets were empty anyway. location is great. checked in after hours and the instructions were easy and clear. nice view. parking lot just I front.

Weird hours for check in.

The room is really nice, comfy & very clean. It is so spatious you can dance If you want in it. It's awesome that it is equipped with the mini kitchen. Also, the staff is very friendly. The only thing that you should be aware of is that the reception is open only at the certain hours. I enjoyed my stay so much and I'm planing to return soon.

Very clean apartment. Not too far from the grotto. Staff on reception very nice. We had a problem with the TV and a very nice man came straight up and it was sorted. Beds very comfortable.We will be back as it was a very comfortable stay despite one or 2 minor issues

Nothing major. Fridge a bit on the small side. Towels could be changed at least once for a 4 night stay. And having to ask for toilet tissue.bit embarrassing.

The room was large and the bathroom was very clean and comfortable

I thought there was a cafe at the hotel but only breakfast for extra money
