We parked in the free car park opposite the hotel. The lady in reception was very friendly and helpful. The location for us was good as it was quiet but only a short walk along the river to the Basilica and the St Bernadette church. The weather when we arrived was bright and sunny but during the evening the wind picked up so the candlelight procession was held in the massive underground church which was an experience. We found the hotel clean and comfortable.

The town has an amazing number of tacky shops selling religious "tat". On check out a different lady tried to charge us for breakfast and was very argumentative, even when I showed her the original booking showing breakfast was included, she still continued arguing. It was only when I started getting annoyed and said that the lady told us on check in that we would just have to pay the city tax on departure, did she back down. It was a shame as it left a bad taste.

Warm welcome from the friendly reception staff, who were very helpful whatever you asked of them! Nice quiet room with a small balcony and comfortable beds. Good bathroom facilities. Separate dinning area for individual travellers away from large groups - and a very helpful Chef! Private and secure garage parking area next to the Hotel. Good location, short direct walk to town and Sanctuary.

There is a all night Disco (midnight to 06:00), on some nights, across the river from the Hotel. If you are a light sleeper, be aware that the deep bass thumping noise can be easily heard if your room is at the front!

It's a family trip, we are 15pax in total including kids. They will find you a room close to each other. All the receptionists are kind and approachable,always smile. The place are clean, have a good breakfast and a nice mountain view on the side! The best thing happen is we supposed to check-out in the morning and we're planning to explore the place before our train departure at 10pm but they lend us 2 rooms to stay, rest a bit and leave our lagguage for free! Immagine how hard it is if we go around with those stuff plus with kids and all the souvenirs that we bought? Also we had a chance to refresh before leaving. It's not like a five star hotel but I can highly recomend the place. With the most calm area!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities are very well maintained and clean. Location is away from the hustle and bustle; but only a ten minute walk to the shrine.

The hotel is well situated with just a pleasant 5 minute riverside walk to get to the middle of Lourdes and about 15 minutes walk to reach the basilicas. Parking in a secured covered car park was very convenient. Rooms were comfortable and air conditioning, much needed when the outside temperature was 36 degrees, was very effective.

Breakfast, centred on croissants and bread, was a little limited, though there were some buffet options. The machine coffee was quite poor. Excellent coffee could be obtained along the road at the cycle café.

Helpfulness and friendliness of staff was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. A very early breakfast was easily provided when requested. Hotel in general was great and value for money.

I meant to tell reception the light and fan in bathroom was not working but this was a minor point. Also a bell needed in car park as we got locked in.

Good sized hotel with secure parking. 10 mins walk to centre of town. Staff were welcoming. Good value for money.

Looked to be popular with groups visiting Lourdes for the religious sites. Which is understandable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. The rooms are very clean and large with great view to the mountains. If we would ever visit Loudres again, we would definitely come back to stay here. Great value for the money too. I would definitely recommend anybody stay here.

Sometimes it may be a little noisy from the outside, and in the morning a little noise from the housekeepers on the halls.

Room and bathroom were very comfortable Staff were excellent and very helpful Location was good and short walk to the centre of everything We did not have any food there so cannot comment but had cups of tea in lobby area - very comfortable

TV did not have any english channels is my only comment
