The bed in my room was very comfortable. The view of the river was wonderful to wake up to each morning. The showers never ran short of hot water, and it was nice to have a tub.

I did not like the fact that there was no refrigerator. I would have wanted to buy my own small items to eat for breakfast each morning. I didn't like that the hotel was far away from many of the great restaurants- always took about half an hour to reach the best restaurants around town at the very least. It took a lot of walking- which I suppose is good, if you are planning to eat a lot of rich food. I also did not like that the tub/shower glass partition was so small that it was very difficult to keep water from splashing onto the floor.

nice view, window to open for getting in 'natural air' (rare and good); like to walk: near park, near path to old part of town (~100 min walk to town and back) room quiet and functional staff immensely friendly

breakfast ok (missed more diversity in fruits; but good: apple available all day); espresso drinkable, not more (since i only drink water - always available = good, and coffee this was a bummer for me; also: no place nearby with decent coffee after noon)

I love the customer services. Especially the morning we checked out on the rush to the trip, the girl found out we have a child and packed a simple breakfast for my child made our day! Her name, Maclina?Jaclina? She has a smile, sorry for my poor memory.

There was a little bit uncomfortable for the luggage to and from the car park . Because it was a shared car park. Have to got to the ground floor and pull the luggage from outside to enter the hotel entrance. Floor was pavers.

Usually when you are booking hotels you check rooms/facilities and check reviews. Thing that you can not assess are people working there. This hotel is one of the rare where staff is sooooooooo amazing and absolutelly above all possible expectations. We are so impressed with girl Vanda (sorry if I did not remember name correctly). Nice, patient with our 10000 questions, helpfull, polite, proficient in English, smiling, welcoming :) She is reason why we would deffinitely return to this hotel. Regarding rooms and facilities all was very good. Location is very convinient and close to public transport. Next to the hotel there is huge park that is worth visiting.

I stayed with a friend and their young daughter. As it was a last minute trip, we booked on the day and the staff did an amazing job at sorting us with a rollaway bed and giving us a room with two single beds. The hotel was easy to get to from Lyon's Part Dieu station (just had to take one tram) and was just across the road from the Parc de la Tête d'Or which is a great place to explore. There was a huge selection of breakfast foods in the morning, but it was extremely busy. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. They also offered us a late check-out which was extremely helpful.

We didn't know there was a big running event taking place that same weekend so the hotel was really full and breakfast was very very busy in the last hour. Lots of food was out and the staff were struggling to replace food quick enough. Despite the breakfast space having dozens of tables and being very large with lots of food, there were still people waiting for seats and waiting for food to come out well before the breakfast ending time. My friend and their daughter went earlier in the morning and had no issues at all, so this was probably just an issue in the last 45 minutes or so of the breakfast.

The staff at reception is extremely friendly. Jack at the front desk assisted us on the first day with the map of the city carefully explaining the areas to visit and the areas to avoid. He also gave us good tips on how to use the public transport which helped us save a lot of time. The rooms are spacious(a huge relief when you come from visiting Paris) and clean. The staff at the breakfast counter also was very friendly assisting us with our order. All in all, the staff at this hotel makes it special.

Everything was nice in the hotel, we had a very comfortable bed and room. Reception and restaurant staff was really helpful. It was easy to reach out to city center, there was a bus right in front of the hotel which goes directly to the city center in 10 minutes. We used the parking lot which was 15 Euros per day for the hotel guests.

The room was overall clean, but it could be better. We asked for refill for coffee capsules in the room for the second day but we were informed that this is possible with an additional fee.

Our room was modern, stylish and had some lovely extras to make the stay seem very premium. Staff were ultra friendly and accommodating. We have stayed at the hotel 3 times now over 5 years and have enjoyed each time.

Only a couple of complaints which prevented us giving full marks. As our friends stayed in another room at the base price we had something to compare what extra we paid for. The difference in room cost was worth it getting a newer decor room and a balcony, however the balcony was untidy and was not much better that the small balcony they got. They paid 19eur for a continental breakfast which they shared. We paid 40+EUR for our breakfast (ordered 2) and only got an extra pan au chocolate and orange juice and a yoghurt. Other than that, it was the same so felt a bit ripped off there.

Everything was great, even the room service food was enjoyable. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Arrived late which wasn't a problem and was in my room less than 10 minutes after arriving.

There was no where to work with plugs available after checking out and continuing travels. This is uncommon for Crown plaza hotels. There also wasn't a fridge or mini bar in the room which wasn't ideal but not the end of the world

Very comfortable and clean rooms, perfect location next to the wonderful Parc de la Tête d'Or, lovely breakfast buffet and very friendly staff. Easy to reach by car with parking closeby. Always on our list as a stopover on our way back from the Côte d'Azur.

On our day of arrival the closeby parc was closed for safety reasons due to strong wind, but of course that's not the hotel's fault. Luckily it was open on the next day.
