It was a great size for the three of us, each had our own bed and space (one slept on a comfortable rollaway. The kitchen allowed us to bring a light breakfast and sometimes light dinner in after a long day out. The balconies were nice as well. Despite location on a busy street, it was quiet with doors closed. The large park nearby was nice, cafe by the lake (which the staff could have told us about!)

The one balcony door did not close firmly. We mentioned it on day two but it wasn’t fixed. This wouldn’t have been a problem except it was extremely windy our last night. I had to push the TV furniture in front of it! My other suggestion would be for the front desk staff to be more specific about their directions to nearby cafes and the Metro. We wasted time the first two days until we figured out the area.

The apartment is spacious, clean, well heated (very important during the winter time), easy accesable from the aeroport with rhone express and busses C1, 38 leaving you just in front of the hotel. The bed is confortable.

It is located a bit far from the Vieux Lyon, the subway is 850m walk. So if you don’t have a car, be prepared to walk a lot. No refill for tea bags, coffee capsules, sugar. The kitchen is quite basic equipped, no salt or oil provided. When we arrived in the apartment the trash bin was full from the previous tourits- not a big issue, just altering the first impression.

All as in photos just slightly smaller. Big windows. Comfortable dinning table and chairs. Cozy lights all over the place. Comfortable bed, very nice bathroom.

1) Price for dog stay was not communicated in advance, which was 50 EUR for 2 nights for our little doggy, and not even a water bowl or a treat was placed in the room. 2) Note in the kitchen about 60 EUR cleaning cost if not left at original state. It made clear if we had to wait for a dishwasher to finish the cycle to wash some glasses before checking out. 3) There was a table in a kitchen but no chairs. In the kitchen the tiles in the corners looked dirty, we assumed it was only some non removable glue, but it still was uncomfortable to see our doggy laying on top of it.

Our apartment was amazing with everything we could possibly want for our stay.

The air conditioning with completely insufficient. it worked well in the bedroom where our kids were sleeping but in the living room where my husband and I slept on the sofabed we were unable to get the temperature lower than 27C (despite several calls to housekeeping for help with the a/c) which made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep.

Suite was very comfortable, clean and newly decorated. Great to have a kitchen that was well stocked. Breakfast was very nice and the breakfast staff were welcoming and friendly. Great location if you want to be close to the park. Overall excellent, would recommend and definitely go back.

Only a shower would have preferred a bath. There were no bath robes or slippers in the room. The restaurant and gym were closed for the holidays over the Christmas/ New Year period. Which seemed unusual as the hotel was full.

We had the executive suite - room was very spacious. Great location, opposite the park of la tête d’or. Shops nearby so we could grab bits easily. Staff very friendly ok arrival, our flight was delayed and the person at reception called me to make sure we were ok.

Unfortunately, for the price we paid we felt beds were uncomfortable and the room was generally a bit dusty. The dust affected my breathing at night in the room.

Very well equipped, spacious room with comfortable beds. We liked it so much that we extended our stay for one more night there and staff was very helpful to arrange that. Located right next to the park, many shops and bakeries around. A bit far from the center though. Dinner at the restaurant was also good. Not perfect, but good.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and the location was great for morning runs, with good bakeries nearby. Also good transport links

There were a few small details that let it down, there was a cleaning towel left in the bedroom, hairs on a robe and large croissant flakes on the chairs, which made me question how thoroughly it had been cleaned. I flagged this to the hotel but they assured me it was. They also tried to charge me at checkout, despite already charging me at check_in. I had to show them my bank details to prove it, as they hadn't logged it!

The suite was massive and well equipped. Absolutely beautiful for the price. The staff were all very lovely and I have already booked to stay again for another appointment at the end of the month. The fitness room was small but had just what I needed for a little morning HIIT workout. Breakfast had lots of selection, best I've had in a while.

Although the suits have just been renovated the rest of the interior is still a little tired. The bed was firmer than what I am used to but that is my preference and cant be helped by the hotel. I am vegetarian so only had one choice on the menu at dinner, luckily that was also delicious so no real pain there.

The location of the hotel is very handy, not very central but still close to all Lyon tourist attractions sights. The beautiful park de la Tete d'Or very close to the hotel, and the Rhone riviera, made us feel very comfortable. Off course if we would know and not hesitate to ask for the room with view to the park, would make us even more happier, but there is always a next time. Parking was very useful, it costs 15EU per day, but keeps your car and baggages save and close.

Even the room was daily cleaned up, there were a smell in the bath and the kitchen, with no reasonable explanation, most probably because the buildings/hotel construction. The Sauna, the shower are quite old, they smell not very nice.
