The location was just right for me, travelling by public means of transportation and really fond of walking. It's close to the train station, the port, the main sights, it has some restaurants nearby – good and convenient for a short stay, but if you want to make it about seeing the most in the city.

The breakfast was pretty standard – I wish there were more veggies included. But all in all – it was really not bad (and the coffee from the coffee machine quite decent).

The location was good, the city center was easily accessible from our stay. The room was comfortable and well-organized.

One day, the water was cut off, the sign reported a wrong time interval since we hadn’t had it back until night. Plus there were loud constrictions going on in front of the hotel which woke us up every day and prevented us from entering directly.

The staff was great, Andrea was very nice to us and her help was wonderful. The other guys were great too. The coffee and apple juice downstairs are free and amazing. The beds were the best, very comfy. Everything was clean and organized.

It's like 1.5-2km from the Viex Port, a bit far, but it´s nice to walk anyway!

Breakfast was very good, typical continental fare. Everything else, apart from initial confusion (See below) was as it should have been.

Requested two rooms close together. This was done but one room had not been prepared. Bed unmade, litter from previous occupants. Disappointing. Hotel staff very apologetic and another room found immediately. Not near to other room as requested. This was not a great problem. Staff really upset to have Let us down. They were more concerned than we were. After that initial difficulty everything was fine.

The air conditioning was a Godsend in very high temperatures. My room was cleaned well and thoroughly on a daily basis. The staff were friendly and professional. The location was central for me for both the conservatoire and the railway station.

The lifts could have been cleaned and apart from the foyer with its occasional chairs, there was no lounge or larger seating area. The outer courtyard could accommodate that function in the finer months.

Location 10/10 Few monutes walk to metro stations ( Notre Dame, and Estrangin ) , Tram T3 Line and buses Lines 10 minutes walk to Vieux Port Staff were helpful, they accepted my early check-in/ late Check-out request, and changed/upgraded my room after a minor complaint. Good Quality/Price services , you get what you pay for

Some rooms were very small ( Typical Frech Budget Hotel style ) No kettles/ ironing facilities in the room

Friendly staff (Especially Sara), location close to the harbour area and it's many things to see and do.

No fault of the hotel but, the street was closed off due to construction/renovation next door, but, the noise was minimal. The breakfast was just o.k.

Close to the centre, clean, regularly changed towels ...

The room was small (for 3 people), but we expected that. We would prefer a warderobe/closet and a kettle, but we managed without. The location is close to the centre, but the city can be scary to walk at night - especially for women. You learn to avoid certain streets.

Staff was very friendly and provided us with an early check in. The room, although quite simple, was absolutely spotless. It was quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the newly renovated bathroom had an excellent shower. We had a great night's sleep. It's also well located - only a 20 minute walk from the train station. We would stay here again.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the harbour and the old part of Marseille. The hotel was pretty basic but clean and comfortable enough. The staff was also pretty helpful.

Nothing to complain about. We only thought it was a little expensive for what you get but can understand the prices always go up in a high season.
