Loved the experience of staying here at the resort, from the beautiful chateau to the pool and the vineyard, was definitely a once in a lifetime opportunity. The staff was friendly, helpful and informative. Would definitely stay here again, for longer this time!

The only complaint I have — the initial transport to the chateau de thil was unnecessarily stressful. We did not have a car (we took Uber) and the staff negotiated with the driver to stay while we checked in to bring us to the other property. The driver was confused, we had to book another ride so he could bring us to the property, he got lost. It would be a lot better/less stressful experience if the hotel offered free transport to the property. (And we thoroughly enjoyed the bikes after this initial situation).

This property was exceptional - the facilities, location, and food were all world class. I would recommend anyone spending a few nights in Bordeaux consider this property.

When booking it is not clear that 11 of their rooms are in a separate building located a short drive from the main hotel. This meant shuttling via car or bike (uphill) to use the amenities like the pools. This was still quite nice, but if I had known I would have made sure to book the main building - if I ever go back, I would stay in the main building.

The property was fantastic. Friendly staff throughout. Room was beautiful and larger than expected. Rental bike availability was great. All the restaurants and facilities at the main Chateau were fabulous. Tour was great and informative.

Breakfast should be included in the price of the stay. Very few food or drink options if you stay in the room at Le Thil. You need to travel to the main Chateau. More garden furniture at Le Thil would be great

Caudalie truly is perfect. The most welcoming of staff, picturesque setting and mouth watering food and wine. Our room was in Chateau le Thil, a short bicycle ride away ( bikes available!) from the main property. The rooms were beautifully renovated and we were looked after on our honeymoon by the most incredible staff. The grounds are well maintained and incredibly clean.

the location and the setting was beautiful. The service from checkin to checkout was exceptional. The staff were friendly, professional and also there to help and sort things out. We also had two dogs and the château grounds and walks were very calm and relaxing for all us and the dogs loved it. We will definitely be back! Well done to the Management of the hotel a shinning example of great hospitality.

The hotel itself with its picturesque structure reminding of cottages , the nature , it was simply beautiful!

Unfortunately I was not able to try the gastronomic restaurant nor the spa/massage due to fully booked in both cases. One reason for which I was not happy and was very sorry I was not accommodated as this was a marriage anniversary trip. Also the fact that I mentioned it did not trigger anything special as a reaction from the hotel, which was quite disappointing.

The hotel and its neighbouring properties are absolutely divine. Every aspect of the hotel and their Chateau de Thil was breathtaking and I cannot wait to visit again. The staff also went above and beyond to help us and cater our every need.

Nothing! Only advise is to hire a car for your stay so you can easily travel around the beautiful wine region of Bordeaux.

Customer Service was exceptional. We had an issue with our first room and when presented with the issue the team - Lea in particular - made every effort to exceed our needs.

Spacious, elegant surrounded by vineyards and beautiful nature. Excellent food and good winelist. Comfortable rooms, amazing bed, marble bathroom!

It feels a little bit fake, everything looks old but is in fact new.

Dream location, facilities and the kindest most helpful staff. Proper relaxation in the most beautiful of settings!

Would have liked Caudalie products in the bedroom bathrooms, but none to be seen ☹️
