The staff were amazing. I’m unsure of the names of the two staff members that checked us in and served us at dinner (possibly Sarah and Amélie) but both spoke fantastic English. The staff member at check in was very helpful and friendly. At dinner, the person that served us was very accommodating as we had children with us and my daughter is a little picky with her food. We really appreciated the flexibility offered to change meals for her.

I can’t fault the hotel and staff. The only thing that they weren’t able to offer was an early breakfast that we could take away with us. We were checking out at 4am and breakfast wasn’t available until 5.30am

Third time we have stayed in this hotel on our way to and from Spain from the UK. Staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is spotlessly clean is near the motorway and had plenty of parking. Even has a pool which we did not use.

Great location just off motorway & yet quiet with a good pool. Their restaurant was closed at the weekend but walked to another very good one in another hotel.

So many hotels & restaurants have smoking areas near entrances & pool areas which is our problem because we hate it.

Perfect location for a stop over on your trip. Incredibly clean, well organized, with lovely staff, great breakfast and very good restaurant. Given that the hotel has a swimming pool, we arrived a little earlier so that the kids could relax after a day of driving.

Superb friendly helpful and happy staff, willing to help in any way they could. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The hotel rooms are so comfortable and extremely clean. Breakfast was as promised and plentiful. We were able to avail of their underground parking which was so convenient. Top class tourist hotel with a beautiful team of people taking care of the property! I inadvertently left my MacBook behind in our bedroom and I was contacted by reception manager Ghizlane, by phone, immediately. We have since corresponded by email a number of times. Manager Ghizlane and Best Western Bordeaux Sud are now arranging to have my MacBook posted to me here in Ireland. I could not be happier and we will most definitely choose Best Western everywhere from now on because of our experience in Best Western Bordeaux Sud! Thanks again to all the team there. Simple, clean, spacious room, 31 m2

Air conditioning was limited at 22 degrees for some reason. With the daytime temps around 40, the room was very warm. Not sure weather this was a decision of the hotel or French govt orientation……

The room was clean and spacious and had everything we wanted. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant had a varied menu and good food. Best of all, breakfast was much better than expectations - a wide variety of food.

Lovely big room with a sitting area and a good bed. Very clean. Very nice staff, a private parking and some shops within walking distance. Location for getting off and to the highway really excellent.

Too bad the restaurant was closed on a Friday night

Good stop-over on our our way to Spain. There's nothing around to do, but perfect location for resting and travel further without the need to enter the city. Restaurants around were closed, so, check in advance or don't get there hungry.

Very clean great little pool and staff were amazing. Supermarket directly across the road. Excellent access to public transport
