The room was in good decor aswell as the bathroom. Staff were helpful. Car park near reception.

It was advertised as 2•8 miles from the location I was booking form and it was more like 7 or 8 miles. Very difficult to find as there was no signage or bright lights to be seen and it was squeezed between two other hotels and in the night I mistook it as part of the hotel that was clearly lit up, hence I was looking for the reception in the lit up Hotel. But logic was telling me it's a different name on the Hotel ! Had to reset the Sat nav and Google maps so which told me again I was at my destination. You are charged for breakfast wether you require it or not.

Excellent location, great facilities, very quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful. If you need a good night's rest this is the place, good control of heating/cooling and blackout blinds ensure you sleep well. Excellent free parking on site and even some outside space where you could enjoy a drink on a warm evening. This is our 3rd stay and I would highly recommend this to friends and family.

The room hadn't been serviced properly but on contacting the front desk they made the items available, so this is but a minor issue and can happen even in the most expensive hotels. Shame the restaurant wasn't open on the evening we stayed but we knew beforehand that would be the case and there is a supermarket about 300meters away, so no problem.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were superb, Very accommodating and polite. If this hotel was in Bordeaux city it would have been perfect but it was a little bit further out of town than we anticipated although this is our issue and not that of the hotel. Apart from this, we could not fault the hotel. We were four middle aged men travelling to Bordeaux for the Rugby World Cup.

The location, as were were travelling into Bordeaux everyday but this isn't the fault of the hotel as we knew this when we booked. We travelled for the Rugby world cup and paid between 30 and 60 euros with Uber each way to get to Bordeaux

We always enjoy staying here. The staff are always pleasant, the restaurant always serves good food and the location is handy for the motorway. The rooms are just about ok in size but the beds are really comfortable. It’s dog friendly too.

Nothing in particular. But you need to be aware this is very much a business hotel so the restaurant is closed Fri, Sat & Sun and French national holidays.

Staff in the reception was really nice and helpful. Good parking, intermarche and Action nearby. Close to the airport. Problem free staying with our dog. Small table for kids to play, draw, some books etc kept our toddler busy.

The rooms are very small so it's kind of hard to move around.

The hotel is located just a few minutes drive from the motorway and ideal for a stopover on the drive through France. And it’s dog friendly but with a charge. Good restaurant with a reasonable selection of dishes. Nice outdoor seating area. Friendly and welcoming but busy staff as this is a popular hotel.

Close to motorway and supermarket, dogs very welcome, no charge! Nice walk around.

Very hard to find, we were outside it and still couldn't see it! Sat nav didn't know. Very little English but we had a good laugh with them trying to understand.

Everything was just perfect. The 3 course menu for dinner is just perfect. The food was really delicious. Also the breakfast was totally worth the money. Location is very near to the airport so it is perfect for a stay before the flight or after the flight.

Extremelly nice people with passion working there. Even if i had small comunication problems, they are trying to help you . I really recomend. Delicious breakfast.

Airco in room 103 was a bit too loud. Every 30 min some vibrations was heard.

Very clean and quiet considering it’s just off the motorway. Dogs go free. Towels and linen provided

The car park needs relaying and sorting out. Tree roots have broken through the tarmac and made it quite dangerous and no good for low cars at all. Room was a little on the small side compared to some we have stayed in.
