Excellent location. Walkable distance to the main city. Loads of eatouts close by. Breakfast is good and they kept refilling as they ran out of breakfast items. They have a lovely outdoor pool. Fresh water filters located on each floor which is bonus as other hotels charge for water. Good value for money if you are visiting the city or stopping over on your trip.

They have some space in front of the toilet, and it stinked horribly. Also, when we used the sink in the bathroom, it stinked as the water flew through it of drainage smell. Probably was specific to this room.

This hotel is in a great location, the pool is an added bonus especially for the children. Staff very helpful. The room was clean and big enough for 4. We did not eat at the hotel but the bar area was lovely.

The lift is very small and takes forever as it seems to have to stop at reception floor each way on every journey !

Staff ( starting with the reception ) were very customer focused. Hotel was in an excellent location within walking distance of most major sites. Dinner and breakfast were good value for money. Rooms were spacious, very clean and had an excellent view of old town and cathedral.

Parking is located within a shopping centre and tricky to get your luggage to. no real complaints. would have to look hard to find something I didn't like about hotel.

Central location, swimming pool, kids park, very clean and professional, staff are very friendly. Parking on site, Quiet rooms, reusable filtered water bottle, Great waterfall showers and good bathroom facilities

Paying for parking

If whoever wants to visit Metz, this hotel has the best loacation. It is not expensive and in the best location of Metz.

Breakfast. Could be better. It was just basic breakfast, tasty but without wide choice of food. We were in April, so maybe it was a reason.

Was there 18 years ago. It was evident that not much was invested in the repair and improvement of conditions. Saves only the premium location of the hotel. I put a good mark only in memory of the wonderful time spent then in Metz.

Location is good and having the pool for the kids is a great bonus

Not very well sign posted if your parking your car in the underground car park. Not sign posted to enter the hotel from all levels.

Extremely conveniently located in the heart of Metz. The pool area was great and our children loved it. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Good value for money.

It did feel rather dated especially in the corridors etc, it was hard to work out how to get to the hotel entrance from the public carpark.

everything was local shops restaurants bars beautiful church. we had a van and the lady on reception said we could leave it outside. that was perfect, as I found it hard to park a van in car parks as they have height restrictions

Liked having a swimming pool and open area and the parking was reasonable and the location was great.

The underground car park was close, but not the easiest to access.
