We stayed for two nights in Mid-September 2023, in a room on the second floor. We have used Ibis hotels before and knew what to expect. This was one of our best stays in an Ibis. Although the room is small with very little space for luggage, as typical for an Ibis, it was ok and had all we need for our stay. The beds are comforable. It was very quite allowing a good sleep. Free parking is available directly in front of the building and there is enough parking space (incl. 8 charging stations for Teslas). Friendly staff, decent restaurant and decent breakfast. The location is excellent for visiting Mont Saint Michel, maybe 15 minutes drive from the hotel to the main parking lot from where the shuttle buses go over the dam/bridge.

Poor quality pillows offering no discernable support. Lack of tea/coffee facilities In room so no option other than going down to the coffee shop which was not great. Initial reception response friendly and good when we arrived slightly early for check in. However, when we came back to get our keys later was no interest or acknowledgement from other staff present in the office and continued to chat to each other rather than acknowledge us or look to support reception member who was making coffee for other guests at the time which was not a great impression. Led to an awkward 10 minute wait. Overly complicated tray arrangement at breakfast was a little confusing. Iron in the room would have been helpful like other similarly priced hotels have.

The room size was good as we were travelling with 2 dogs. They gave us a room on the ground floor with a rear door to outside area which was great with the dogs and for loading and unloading car. The shower was really good and spacious. The staff were very helpful. The decor was basic but new, modern and functional. Great location to visit Mont St Michel and surrounding area.

Outside the patio door to rear could have been better maintained ie strimmed and litter picked up. The rest of the venue was well maintained. This area to the rear was forgotten about. The restaurant service started off well but when it came to ordering and receiving dessert we were left waiting a long time.

Modern, family-friendly hotel in a quiet rural setting close to Mont St Michel. Room and common areas were spotless and food in the restaurant was good quality/reasonably priced and included kids menu. There's a little park out the back for kids to run around and let off steam. Feels like a higher quality of hotel than it's rated. Rate included breakfast for adults which was very good value. The town of Dinan is a short drive away and really worth visiting - one of the most beautiful places we've ever been on holiday!

I missed in the small print on the Booking.com conformation that breakfast is not included for children, so had to pay extra for that upon checkout. This was my own error in truth but reception staff apologised and said they hoped Booking.com would change this in the near future.

Everything. It was like entering a very safe place.

I really liked everything including the restaurant attached to the hotel. Also they very nicely had me and my dog. And because I am a dog owner, I think that for your staff having rooms with laminated floor or vinyl is easier to clean. It was perfect but I imagine that’s really lots of work.

Room was clean. A bit small but still big enough. Silent during the night. it had also a big safe in which I could store a 15" PC without problems. Good beds and a clean bathroom.

Cooling the room could have been better. As the cooling was rather noisy we had to switch it of during the night. The food in the restaurant wasn't that good, it was a bit more than fast food level.

I know ibis hotels from long ago and I should say I wasn't disspointed by staying at this particular branch. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was quiet and clean. The bathroom was spotless. For the breakfast, they managed the guests perfectly so that the dining room wasn't crowded and nothing was ran out. If you are looking for a decent hotel to reside near the Mont Saint-Michel, I would highly recommend this place.

I found nothing bad about this hotel.

Rooms look better than appeared on site, bathroom tiny but still works, comfort beds. Delicious breakfast with quality products, several cheeses and actually delicious baked goods, two types of eggs.

Don’t think there are ventilators in toilets, wasn’t a problem, but would be appreciated. Shower cap, too, but not a biggie.

The rooms are clean but small, the service is very good, excellent location,

breakfast is insufficient - the scrambled eggs are served cold - you have to prepare the hard boiled eggs yourself - the quantities of food are small, so you have to wait for them to fill up, there are no vegetables! .

The location is not good if you do not have a car. We had to walk 56 mins to the hotel along the highway from the train station as there is no taxi or Uber or even bus from train station.
