The hotel is well-located. Staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious. Value for money is great. The hotel doesn't have a parking, but public parking is super close and cheap (check: "Parc de stationnement - Sainte-Catherine") It's one euro/h and is free from 19:00 till 09:00. That's cheaper than the daily rate of most hotels.

Nice, spacious, and cozy apartment. Well furnished and equipped. Huge and clean bathroom with walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed. The living room is comfortable, the couch you can make a regular comfortable bed. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils. WiFi is good. On the ground floor, you can find a laundry machine, a dryer, and an iron - all available in the laundry room. The Aprat Hotel is closely located to all of Nancy's famous places and is a walk distance from the train station. Public car parking is safe and not so crowded (you can always find a spot.). In the neighborhood, you can find grocery shops and restaurants.

The hotel should work on improvement of the efficiency of the ventilation system either in the room or on the ground floor. During hot days better to open the room's window, and when walking to the elevator just hold your breath.

Great value for money. Apartment was clean and very functional. Kitchenette well equipped although we didn’t use it as we only stayed one night. Great bathroom. Would consider for a longer stay. Breakfast wasn’t cheap (£12) but very good quality and lots of choices. Particularly appreciated being able to make our own freshly-pressed orange juice. Easy parking down the road by the river - free on Sundays and overnight (6pm-10am)

Lots of noisy construction work going on in the street outside, which started quite early in the morning. Didn’t bother us as we were leaving early but would have if we stayed for a longer holiday. Insulation wasn’t the best so could hear people coming in late but wasn’t too much of a problem.

Location is good if you come by car to Nancy as no need to navigate any small streets. The public parking "Sainte Catherine" just across the road is relatively inexpensive compared to many other paying public parking lots and is very close to the aparthotel. The place is clean and pretty good value for money.

1. The lack of reception availability during the lunch hour on weekends is annoying. I dont mind if check-in is not available until 3pm but it means we cannot leave our bags at the hotel beforehand as the hotel is effectively "shut" during this time. 2. Minor point - the apartment is generally well equipped for small cooking, but if I rent an apartment in a world renown wine country like FRANCE, I have an inherent expectation that some wine glasses would be available. Stocking some wine glasses would be much appreciated thanks.

It is the most conveniently located hotel! There’s a public parking lot just steps away (you can pay on the Easy Park app) and walk to all of the downtown restaurants and museums in the city center. I loved the kitchenette (microwave, stove top, dishes) for my last night, I just popped over to the tiny convenience store next door and bought some salad and microwave pasta for dinner. It was great!

There was an unpleasant odor coming from the sink. I’m sure it wasn’t the hotel’s fault, more than likely something a previous guest poured down the drain, but I didn’t say anything to the hotel staff. I truly believe they would’ve addressed it. They were very kind during my stay!

The parking is in a public lot by the river, one block from the hotel entrance. The hotel lent us a luggage cart to transfer the bags to the parking lot.

There was a device on the wall that was supposed to control the temperature, but not of the buttons or the knob made any difference in the temperature or fan. I think it is just a toy to distract guests and is not connected to anything. We were lucky and had a room on the corner of the building so we could open two windows to get some air circulating through the room.

Super nice staff; warm welcome, perfect English, responsive for emails and always had a smile. The breakfast is not a super wide range but you can have everything you need. Easy check in and access to the rooms. Clean. Very close to the center of Nancy, 15 minutes walking distance. You need to pay for parking next to the hotel (10 euro/day), but a little bit outside of the city, it could be free. Kitchen is equipped. I was not outside after 8pm, but until that time the area was safe. I would choose this hotel again for sure.

Closing doors are a little bit noising, and neighbors could be heard, but I did not have a problem with them.

Apartments are spacious; staff were super friendly all the time; AC worked well which was great because it was pretty hot when I was there in July; internet was consistently fast which I needed for work (and much better than my previous hotel in France which was terrible); breakfast was delicious - variety of fresh breads and pastries, jam, meat/cheese, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea; they also had a dispenser of cold water with lemons near the office during the day, which was a nice touch and often slices of cold fruit like watermelon

hallways were dark; furniture in apartments is a bit stark; they asked us to empty our trash before leaving and it was rather inconvenient to access the trash place - down to the basement, through the garage, around the corner and then inside a room with a heavy door

Well run, well furbished aparthotel. Good kitchenette for basic cooking (which you will need if you're here on a Sunday, there aren't enough open restaurants...), clean and efficient. I had a small problem with the electrics which was immediately respolved. Handily located near supermarkets and tram stop. Great space age exterior but logical interior!

It's half a mile from the centre, which is fine but be prepared for the to and fro. It feels a little basic (plain chairs, thin towels, barely fitted sheets). Good value but it does look like value.

The staff was particularly friendly, easy going and helpful. Close to the centre, it was a perfect break on the long way back from our holiday.

Not very important but I assumed there would be a high chair and a cot in the room as it was listed in the list of amenities, but we had to go and request the cot, while the high chair wasn't available (probably because of high number of families staying there). Didn't spoil the stay or experience though
