The room was extremely comfortable and very clean. The design of the room and the whole hotel is simply brilliant! I enjoyed completely all premises of the hotel! The wifi was quick, the staff was very friendly! The location is fantastic, in the very centre, with the famous Excelsior Restaurant in 3 minutes walk, and all sightseeing very close. Really brilliant hotel, we will be happy to go back again!

The air-conditioning worked great at night but seemed to stop in the morning, and that was not so great, as we reched the hotel very late and need to rest, and the weather was very hot.

The hotel was located in the centre of the city, and made it central to everything we wanted to do. The Hotel was modern, had lovely decor, very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast area downstairs was quaint and the breakfast food was really nice to start off our day. The staff were very helpful and welcoming.

No parking at the hotel. Parking is available at a nearby parking garage, about 500 metres down the street. Although you get 10% off (ask the hotel lobby admin staff). Having no parking made it very difficult to offload and onload your luggage in and out of the hotel, with no porter to assist you, nor luggage cart. We had a lot of suitcases, so the task for us was more difficult than others. However, hotels should provide a better arrangement for guests, instead of just creating a hotel in the city with no thought of any guests coming by car. At the very least there should be a parking bay in front of the hotel so you can off and on load the luggage as needed. No doubt couriers, trades and delivery cars would also have this problem.

Nice and central. Beautifully done up. Maybe one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever eaten. Great attentive staff.

Unfortunately the spa was closed during our stay. This wasn't written anywhere when we booked. And it was one of the main reasons why I booked there, which was disappointing. This is hardly anybodies fault. Still I would expect to be clearly notified and if not notified, offered some form of compensation, as it is advertised largely and even highlighted in the hotel name, '... & Spa', so chances are, that guests will be expecting a spa. Nevertheless it was a very pleasant stay.

The spa was really nice The bed was really comfortable so I slept really good Breakfast was outstanding

The staff was a bit unprofessional. And also I missed a friendly smile… The hotel is missing a porters or valet parking. And the hotel is missing a dining restaurant. I was traveling with elderly people and everything was closed on Monday…so we had to walk pretty far for some food…and again no support or proactive action from the staff in this matter.

Staff gave us a new room after complaining about noisy neighbours. Nice spa, small swimming pool. Nice location for a city trip. Very nice rooftop bar.

Noisy neighbours, the hotel advertised that the walls where thick enough not to hear anything. Four our first room that was a complete lie, we could hear everything. Second room was perfect!

Good room for 2 adults and 2 kids, well laid out. Pool and steam room were nice. Well located in city. Parking not at hotel, but was not too far of a walk away.

Some parts of hotel are getting a little old, but is all reasonable. You need to walk through the breakfast area to enter pool and leave pool again, which is probably not that nice for those people trying to enjoy breakfast.

The welcome was friendly and smooth, the hotel was In a good location very close to the train station. The spa area was nice. I rarely stay in best westerns as they are often quite poor but this one was good.

No dislikes, other than a little building works outside the hotel which was mildly annoying.

Size of room (very large, even more so for French standards), cleanliness, spa facilities and spa personnel. Location is excellent. The room was one of the best I've stayed in.

The reception staff on arrival was not cooperative to facilitate an early check in. Bar was closed on Sunday and Monday which is odd and inconvenient after long travel. Breakfast was OK but not exceptional.

Great location near the town centre, really friendly and welcoming staff and super comfortable rooms - we had a great nights sleep and a delicious breakfast in the morning.

Limited access to the swimming pool and spa unless you pay (only 50 mins)

The rooms are very neat and comfortable. also the spa access is wonderful.

The parking situation isn't very good. Although you can park for free between 6 in the evening and 10 in the morning in the streets.finding a spot is way harder.
