I like the room, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was a little bit expensive but, they offered high quality products so it was worth it. The hotel looks charming and it is very near the center of the city

I wish a little bit more light on the street where the hotel is located. I didn't like to climb to the third floor without an elevator but you get used to it. Despite these shortcomings I really like my experience.

We don't have breakfast at the hotel. And I didn't like the reusable glass bottle for water. I prefer bottled water or the hotel has water available to fill my bottle. I stayed on the first floor and the room is nice and the wall painting makes all the difference. The bathroom is good and the shower box is wide and spacious. The hotel does not have elevator, the stairs are good, no problem, and there are rooms on the ground floor. The hotel is on a quite street, close to restaurants and bars. The hotel does not have parking but there is a parking not so far away

I don't like the refillable glass bottle for water that I could grab from the downstair fridge. I always wonder if they are washed. I really prefer bottled water, or the hotel has water available to fill my bottle. There is no way to park at the door to put your bags, as the street is closed to traffic. You have to walk about 50 to 100 meters, An finally, the city doesn't have much to do.

A beautiful building inside, the room was comfortable. Smaller shower room than previous hotels but adequate for a family of four. The staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant. Great location for shopping, restaurants and picturesque squares. perfect stay with two children.

The breakfast room was closed due to refurbishment, which was a shame, however the hotel did inform of this prior to our stay. We were offered a lovely continental breakfast free of charge in our room, which was good.

I love hotels with character and this one certainly has it from the entrance to the staircases and furniture. The staff were excellent and courteous in dealing with guests. The rooms are modern and while I was staying in a single room it was deceptively spacious. The breakfast was unusual in the way it was organised but understandable given the number of tables Vs guests. The breakfast was good and the coffee much appreciated. The water bottles from the fridge were also welcome.

In hotels like this there isn't a lift so one has to carry suitcases upstairs which may not be practicable for some guests.

The charming courtyard, building and decoration/furnishings, the location, the friendly and helpful staff.

Our room was on the ground floor, just off the pretty courtyard. It was exceptionally warm; there was no air conditioning. A ventilator was available but we didnt want to keep it on all night due to the noise. Opening the window didn't help much because we were obliged to close the curtains to avoid being disturbed by the light coming from what I think was the kitchen. We could also hear voices from the kitchen very early in the morning.

The location was great - withing short walk of the main attractions, but on a quiet and peaceful side street. The staff were very attentive and polite, answered all of my questions et cetera. Also, I got a tip to go and watch local fireworks which I had no idea of - this turned out to be a great, memorable experience! The room had all the necessities, was ok size for one person, and most importantly, was very comfortable.

Some "wear and tear" visible in the room but everything was still very clean and comfortable. Thus, was not a big deal for me

Everything was amazing, I was given a possibility to print out my document as well as a toothpaste as I have forgotten I was not provided Also I was very well consulted in places to eat and some sightseeng to do in the city

Well, at 11h30 when I was still asleep in my bed with the door locked, somebody unlocked the door and despite my yelling that the room was obviously occupied, this person opened the door.... Ouf, that was something! So it's appeared to be a cleaning lady...

Location, the building and environment. There is everything you need. The place is really amazing with young staff. The hotel is modern equiped - bed, bathroom etc., even the building is since 18th century. I am impressed of it. A good choice of decoration of the rooms. I strongly recommend this place to the real travellers. Very good organisation for the main door during the night. A quiet,clean place.

Cutlery. They could be more relevant to a place with a so long history - a building since 18th century. Even more because the hotel offers only breakfast and don't need of so much stuff of cutlery. It is difficult to choose a breakfast if you don't speak French. I like it a lot a hard French cheese with herbals. The official time for departing is 12.00 I was asked what time I will depart still at 9.00 when I was going for a breakfast. One hour later I prepared myself and somebody tries to unlock the door. Probably to check if I am departed...

Nice location, little pedestrian street, close to small shops and restaurants. Beautiful building, clean room. Filtered water from the common fridge is a good idea.

Although I chose on purpose a more expensive single room, it did feel like the cheapest version, as it was on the last (attic) floor, with a tiny window.

Beautiful hotel with modern and comfy rooms. All staff welcoming and friendly, sharing tips about the cities and amities. Room is quite and beds are super comfy, we had an excellent night sleep, and nice walking around as the hotel is few minutes away from Place Stanislas
